Just been watching Steely Dan perform this and remembered this version. I'm pushing 50 now and it brings back good memories............thanks for posting it
@69MindOverMatter69 - mine's actually a rip from my 7" vinyl version - which of course has no picture cover. Not bothered about changing the cover pic though - it's just a photo to represent Mike Mandel.
More notably, Mike Mandel was the keyboardist for The Eleventh House with Larry Coryell. One of the top fusion bands of the mid 70's along with The Mahavishnu Orchestra and Return To Forever.
@@tomterryguitarbass Yep! He writes and records music for tv in his home studio. I'm his tech support guy. He's a wonderful human being, a super creative musician, and one of my favorite people to work with!

sorry man but the song from the Peg 12" Vinyl is an extended version of 5:09 & not 3:55. So your version here is probably from the Sky Music album...you might want to change the cover pic : )
Ridiculously I heard this before the steely Dan version as my dad had a compilation LP (Powerplay) with this version on it... Steely Dan's version is obviously better but it's not bad to be fair.

I bought this when originally released as a 12" 45. Brilliant then, Brilliant now ! Tx for the memory. Oh and I`m 66 !

M.I.S.T. (& High Contrast) flipped this pretty nicely by the way
