I am loving your abstract watercolor paintings on hot press paper. Do you mostly use hot press? I’ve tried it once but kept going back to cold press. Is there an advantage to hot press with an abstract style? I know the paints sit more on top of the paper with hot press.
It's really a personal preference. I seem to do better on hot pressed paper. I do sometimes use cold pressed paper but not that often.
