Hi It depends on your income and type of work. I was able to purchase one in 2020. its 4 years after my arrival. I could have purchased if earlier, I delayed it because I was not sure about the place to settle in. Everyone’s preference are different. If both hus and wife work fulltime, buying a house is not a big deal in an year.😊

Its only an approximate. It might take 5- 10 years or more to pay out the mortgage. Bank gives loan for 30 years.😊
