4 months ago, I retired and had to use a stick to walk for longer periods. Within just 4 weeks, the pain was gone and so was the stick! Now 4 months on, my balance is far improved and I am stronger. Following regular spinal adjustments for th first 4 weeks, I have followed the strengthening phase which has improved my balance and fitness. Incredibly I now have feeling in my legs and can sleep all night too! What a difference BodyWell has made to my life. Thank you BodyWell.
