He was an intern at Washington DC for a US state rep, has excellent oration skills (ranked #1 in national debate tournaments consistently) has a PH.D from Liberty, has a business minor and ran a school, then pastored two different churches, very successfully. He has several degrees, not all from BJU and has a very successful track record. He's also very humble and loved by his church, which isn't nothing. He does indeed have higher education degrees (two actually) and lots of business experience. He has both of the things you listed.
@@christophergraves6725 No, that's not what I said. You don't have a relationship with Jesus. You have a relationship with your imagination. A real relationship with God is indeed adequate for all problems. But Protestantism doesn't provide that. And so what results is a sham psychodrama manipulation of which Bob Jones University is a supreme exemple.
@@Benjamin-bq7tc Neither of your comments make sense to me. It is impossible to have a relationship with God the Father without a relationship with Jesus Christ who is the intermediary between a human being and God the Father. The Protestant understanding of the nature of a human being's relationship to God is centered on God, the Trinity, deciding to reconcile with humans out of their love for fallen people and so to deal with our evil, the Trinity decided to send God the Son to become human while still remaining Divine and, in effect, relive Adam's life only this time resisting temptation in order to remain sinless. Then Jesus, the incarnation of the Logos-the Second Person of the Trinity, was brutally executed and then in that process, God the Father heaped on Jesus the sins of the world and punished Jesus for them. This atonement then made it possible for God to remain just and forgive humans of their evil if and only if each person accepts God's offer of reconciliation by faith in Jesus' atoning death on the Cross. Jesus was resurrected, which demonstrated God's satisfaction with Jesus' atonement and confirmed Jesus' Divine status. If a person attempts to come before God the Father without Jesus' blood covering their sins, God will reject that person due to the contamination of their being with evil.
Amen, praise the Lord. May the Lord bless and guide each student and faculty at BJU according to His will in the Scriptures, amen! ☺🙏 Psalm 130

Did I just watch a funeral?
Kinda felt like it.

Why is a man dressed like he just got out of bed speaking at BJU?
I don’t think the new president looks that bad.

Protestantism is intellectually and spiritually incapable (impotent and clueless) of dealing with today's problems.
So, who has the answers in your mind? Are you saying that a direct personal relationship with God through Jesus is inadequate for today's problems?

greeks seek after philosophy, jews after a sign, but we(protestants) preach Christ crucified.
