- We've crossed the halfway point in the season, and still have the points lead. With some good tracks coming up for us, we will try to widen the points gap over 2nd.
This is a game that I loved playing as a kid, but never really stuck with the career mode long enough to make it out of the dirt series. We've now made it to the truck series, but we still have the cup series to look forward to. Join me as we work our way up to the NASCAR Cup Series!

Even though I won’t be keeping up with them, I’m glad you’re doing 2 other series alongside this one for extra variety and less of repeating concepts with the same wages over and over again. Hope you’ve made even more progress with your recovery!
Also fun fact about this game: I was talking to one of my buddies at work about this game and the Truck Series in 2002 and you came up only because Rick Crawford came up as I explained to the guy the horrible shit he did which is what got him a triple digit prison sentence and I basically told him he was most likely gonna die in there. The part with you that I talked about was how every time you see him on the track, you intentionally dump his ass because of the fact you don’t like him but hey guess what AC? Neither do I but you seem like you dislike him more than I ever did 😂😂😂 And I don’t blame you one bit!
And yeah, if fuel mileage races kept happening every race in real life, it would get stale in a hurry in terms of excitement and wouldn’t be as fun + we wouldn’t appreciate em as much

The fuel mileage thing is a little weird, almost makes getting damaged and pitting after 2-3 laps a good thing, and that seems like a strange strategy to be a potential positive, I guess the testers overlooked the "spin out early" strategy. 🤣

Yeah I'm definitely not trying to wreck early and then use that caution to stretch out the fuel, but it seems to happen that way a lot. So close to finishing out the season lol.
