as much as I love MKBHD, John, in my opinion, has surpassed him in quality.
I haven't been in NYC but every vlogger does. Also if the subway is the same as the underground in other countries then it is just stuffy, uncomfortable and unreliable.

Can I get10k subs with no videos all of the money from the rafle is being donated to a good cause so why do you care? Plus these won't sold on the market unless a winner decides to sell his/her pair.
Besides the donating part, it's a one of a kind product with a new tecnology applied to shoes. There's like a 100 of these in the entire world, so I think it's not an easy thing to make, or every company would have already. Also, it wouldn't be only for looking cool, the tecnology would also be helpful to people with Parkinson, which is where the donation is going to. But hey, new tecnology is always expensive, it will get cheaper and more common as we travel to the future ;)
