This was on the belt so in boxing this is classed as a low blow unless the opponents shorts are pulled up too high which was not the case. Judah should have been given more time to recover. Lot of people do not understand the rules but these are the official boxing rules. Yes Judah was hurt and it was from a low blow so the rules state he should be given time to recover which he was not.
