Wow! Love the conversation around labor. The reliance on sub-contractors in the construction industry is a major problem! Laws surrounding employment, workers comp insurance and immigration make this a very turbulant and unreliable labor pool. Not to mention that average age of trade labor is 52 and new people are not entering the field! Subcontracting is unsustainable.
