I'm so in love with this game and just can't stop playing it. I'd kill for some kind of series on this where you maybe look at all the roles and give tutoriala etc etc. One of the best WWII games out there if not the best!

@@masterjenkins632 Imo I think the opposite. I've played both for quite some time now and (IMO) hell let loose is better. You are absolutely right, PS is more authentic and realistic for sure I defintley agree with you on that. But HLL has this very sweet spot in between realism and fun. It keeps me playing longer than PS because of that I think. It all depends on what you're looking for ig.

Recon Teams usually roll alone, if you're outnumbered you have 3x capping speed on objectives. Jack plays a good aggressive recon, but always listen to Command and see if they need you to deal with Arty.

Job of the RECON and not sniper in hll is to get enemy garrison and ops, communicating wirh the commander and building attack algarrisons for ur team maybe u should learn the game before or rtfm....

@@NastyCupid should definitely give it a go, one my all time favourite games, not much else like it. Maybe watch a few tutorials first, and just make sure you always talk to your squad.
Every shooter that's been coming out this last year has been a huge letdown. Probably means more limelight for hell at loose
The most immersive shooter I've ever played, so much fun once you know what you're doing and people are talking. Great community as well, I've made more friends on this game than all the games in the last decade put together.

It’s fairly routine to encounter some level of toxicity which is typically experienced players with a low tolerance for newer officers or commanders, but regardless it’s amazing to see a game that actually gets strangers routinely talking again. I’ve not seen this level of willingness to communicate since party chat was implemented
Try insurgency sandstorm, no weird jumpy rag dolls like here
@@Mozzie7920 I have played Insurgency, great game, I'm just not a big fan. Prefer HLL, the maps, the teamwork needed, and just the sheer size, scope and chaos of it all. Insurgency is a fight, HLL is a war, that's the best way I can describe it. Plus I found the Insurgency community was very toxic, at least when I played it.
Hell Let Loose + MW2 music... *am I in heaven?*
In the latest patch for this game you can now stop the name plate and icons showing through terrain! Makes the game looks a million times nicer. I think it's off by default so you need to turn on something like icon occlusion I believe the setting is. Stops the screen always being littered with friendly icons. Great update as usual for this game.
I leave mine on to target teamkilling teammates
I love it and I do use it but unfortunately it's a bit broken. Sometimes a teammate will be in your line of sight and it won't show the icon until you aim at him. And the other thing is that it makes you (well me at least) scared to throw grenades around.
It's not pretty but it helps with awareness so much. If you hear footsteps and you pan your camera, but don't see a blue dot, then you can prepare for the ambush
Jack, I know you said you were 50/50 on whether you were gonna do across the battlefield series for BF 2042, but I think it would be great if you did it for Hell Let Loose. As someone who doesn't play but loves to watch you play, I'd love to see you fight across all the maps in the game. Great video as usual 👏
Tbh, Battlefield feels dead to me. Had more fun in those ill-fated Medal of Honor games than I’ve had in BF 2042. Thanks DICE. Great job!!! smh

Amen. Picked up on this game last year during the start of the pandemic. I have loved it ever since. For me the game brings a feeling of nostalgia. Reminds me of playing the first call of duty and its expansion as a kid. But this game is next level. No other shooter beats the level of team play imo.
@@Laurensnl Exactly, the team play is so important, cos the game doesn't allow you to just outaim 4 opponents. If you're outnumbered, it will take a miracle for you to survive, that's what I love about this game.
Yeah, it's like vintage BF but better. I liken it to whay playing war with your buddies as kids was in your imagination.
Thank you. I've sent a few angry letters in my time in the past and I have to say, the only game I've ever played that came close to what it's like is Hell Let Loose. It feels very, very authentic. It's criminal more people don't play it.

This game has been my go to since call of duty and battlefield went downhill. So good. To new players: please for the love of God if you get this game use a mic.
Love watching this, so immersive and it really feels like your actions matter to the greater battle (unlike some other games hehe)

This is the best large-scale Battlefield-like game on the market right now, IMO.

That first clip reminds me of all of the unfortunate moments in Squad where our convoy would get eviscerated by one mg boi LUL. If you're still inside a loggie in that game and the enemy has a machine gun, you're Soo screwed it's hilarious.
I haven't played HLL since the update has dropped but, I'm hearing that the sound improvements are night and day from what they were before :)

Frame rate dropping when driving vehicles is literally unbearable for me

This game become my favorite over night! Im a squad player normally but this is just on another level in terms of the action. its so awesome there always is a "clear" frontline and everyone is just going at it. I hope you make more of this content jack!

Just yesterday a transport truck with about 6 or 7 guys pulled up going through a field.. i used my carbine to take out 4 or 5 out the back of the truck the moment driver and passenger go out my squad got on line and started a hellfire of bullets eliminating them all
The new update really made the game so much better imo. The new noises make it feel so much better and more real

Hell Let Loose is hands down one of the most fun and intense games out there at the moment! If you play with friends or teammates that use their mic, it's an AWESOME experience
It's also fun with the directional VOIP, so it feels like you're communicating with the actual models. Also, it's very common that people have mics

In my opinion, as former soldier, your buddy should give you the bearing of the targets. The fact you have the compass accessible on screen make it soooooooooo easy to track them. Like "MG42 bearing 240 in the field". Just an opinion, I think you would appreciate this game even more. Btw very good content. Keep up the good work.
