Frankly speaking I always like spicy undhiyu than green surati undhiyu. I know greener version is less oily and healthier. But I am from Ahmedabad and my taste buds are craving for oily spicy undhiyu especially on uttarayan festival

Amdavadi green undhiyu is sweeter than any other undhiyus made in any area of gujarat. Generally people of amdavad prefer more sweet food.
