- Dream deck backyard transformation takes place in this video where we show you the entire process of building this 900 square foot deck! Half of the deck is covered with a roof where we built a fireplace and TV wall, complete with recessed lights and fans. We also built a huge outdoor kitchen on the deck with built in grill and fridge. The deck leads down to the paver patio which features an amazing mosaic design. The entire backyard makeover is finished off with tons of lighting and landscaping!

Sheesh. The deck is way nicer than the home! Amazing build.
Awesome book that gives you step-by-step photos ruclips.net/user/postUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt and directions to make every day project. I can see myself making a few of these projects and giving them as housewarming and holiday gifts!
I'm an Architect and I get such satisfaction from the built environment. Thank you for providing the video, was satisfying to watch start to finish.
Thanks a lot kevin, really appreciate that coming from a professional like yourself!
Absolutely stunning!!! The design is beautiful. Looks like a million dollars!!
Your company is the first I'm going to call when I moved back to South Jersey. Your work is fantastic!
Wow this deck provides 3 cozy well covered conversation areas. I love it!
Thanks so much Katherine!
Quick tip from a fellow builder. Instead of painting black for your lattice shatter lines, simply staple on black landscape fabric. It has saved us some time.
This makes the process seem so easy...
Sometimes too easy for future clients when they hear how much it costs 🤣
Been following you for a long time but never commented. Incredible piece of work. Have never seen quality like that anywhere. From a big fan in UK
Thank you so much!! Appreciate the support from across the pond!
Outstanding work as always.
Thank you my friend!!
From the design to the installation it's very impressive. Great job!
Thanks friend!!
Sueño con tener por lo menos un patio en mi casa 🏠 ahora imaginarse tener estos patios tan Bellos son preciosos y hermosos trabajos se nota que son profesionales 🙏♥️
Fantastic,. amazing , well done guys!
Thanks a lot!
Gorgeous!!!!!
Thank you Rhonda!
Impresionante, estoy mirando en el televisor y los busque en mi teléfono para suscribirme , me encanta ver cómo trabajan haciendo un trabajo espectacular
Oh my gosh! I love this one!!
Thanks so much!!
wow that was amazing
Perfect! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🔥💥
Thanks so much for the video. I love seeing construction for the ideas. My only gripe is I would have made a custom gas fireplace of about 8'W x 4' H and see through to be more proportionate to the structure. Besides that it everything else looked great.
Thanks a lot!! That would be cool but since there is no sitting area on the other side I don’t think it would be worth the cost
@@THEpremieroutdoor I was thinking of it to have a view of the woods behind it but it may have also been directly staring at the two-story residence across from it.
Besides that, the build was gorgeous. I am too cheap, (poor firemen/DIYer built my cousin's 2500 square foot house, and my house, porch, carport, fence, metal shed, fire pit awning, added a bedroom) and I would never put that much detail work into my stuff because I am too lazy but. DANG your work looked good. Thanks again for sharing as I love the ideas.
From owning a 350k house to owning a 600k+ home. That looks gorgeous and amazing.
Amazing!!!
Thanks buddy!
Bonjour de France. Superbe travail en général mais j'ai remarqué que vous ne mettiez pas de toile géotextile sous les terrasses ! L'herbe ne repousse pas ?
WOW!! let me guess..... 50k to 60k? AWESOME WORK..
How did you know when to stop installing the helical pile? Was the installer monitoring pressure or torque during installation? Im not sure where this is. But if the site is sitting on fill soil or weak soil, a single lead section with one helix may not be deep enough. A slender steel shaft is useless if you are not bearing in adequate virgin soil and the foundation could see long term settlement issues FYI
I’d miss the light that the deck roof is now blocking off, where those windows were at the back, where the deck meets the house on the first floor. Seems a little dark now but the deck addition is nice.
I'm out of your service and I might not be able to use your service also! But curious mind wants to know, hou much it costs in total for this project?
Somewhere around 150k!
Wow what a great job!! You should reach out to Garden Answer, they have a huge following and actually they just mentioned in a recent video that they need an outdoor lighting expert! They are in eastern Oregon
That’s awesome I’ll have to check out their channel!!
How much was all of this? I ask because I’m about to pour a concrete extension to our patio and I’m wanting to do something similar to this to our home.
👍👏
🤗🤗🤗
Looks great! But what's the cost, $30k? or maybe $50k
Try over 100 lol
If this was recently, at least $125k-$150k.
Four seasons is very close!
Four seasons is very close!
@@THEpremieroutdoor geez! can buy a house with that kind of $$$
How much was this
My guess is 70k on cost?
Why didn’t they opt for a big glass door out to that beautiful space?
“Scaffolding” at 3:20 … cringe for all commercial construction
It looks great overall, but once again you're cutting off ALL the natural light to that room with the three windows...
You mean the three windows that look out onto the brand new 900 sqft deck with ALL natural lighting? 🤔?
@@justlooking4771 lol, what? They put a roof on it and blocked all the natural light. Look how dark it is by those windows after the roof goes on.
That's what lights are for inside. If the weather is good they won't be spending much time inside anyway.
Hahah plenty of natural light coming through other windows
@@THEpremieroutdoor not by those three windows, you made it crazy dark right there... but if the home owner is happy that's all that matters!
You guys have officially separated yourself from all competition. Attention to detail. Meticulous clean work.
That's some high praise man, thanks so much!!
Gorgeous!
Thanks sam!
This is the most satisfying Timelapse I think I’ve ever seen. I’m new to the channel, but I sincerely hope you do these for all your projects. This shows so many small steps that your longer videos sometimes don’t draw attention to
Thanks buddy, we do these for all of our projects so stick around and check them out!
Hello Travis R dear friend
I hope you are fine . I guess you are interested in architecture and villa design. If you are interested in these topics
I'm glad you visit my channel
Our team uploads new videos every day, I am sure you will like them
Gorgeous build!!! They will enjoy that for many years. I’ll bet the family, friends and neighbors also love visiting just to hang out on the “dream deck!”🎉
Spending all that money on a nothing house with 20 neighbors watching seems crazy.
They seem to like it!
Those poor people don't have any insulation between the sheathing and siding. Their electrical bills must be high.
Insulation is in the wall cavities…energy codes are quite high so they have plenty of insulation in the house don’t worry
All I see is a Critter Hotel under that deck and Hornet Haven and Bat Bed and Breakfast in that roof. Why did they not lay weed barrier and crushed stone down first?!?!?
Don’t forget to leave the Bat Bed and Breakfast a review on trip advisor, mention this post for a complimentary mimosa!
@@THEpremieroutdoor it’s absolutely beautiful. I really wish I could have an outdoor space like that. I just also know our pesky critters up here in Upstate NY love to find any place to call home and I constantly have to fight them with things as simple as keeping mice out of my garage and bats and squirrels out of my attic space.
Nice to see quality and craftsmanship still alive…. Unfortunately you won’t find that in Northeast Florida… good luck getting a contractor to call you back let alone show up… i put them on the same level as used car salesmen… actually I take that back its an insult to the salesmen… lower than that!
Hahah unfortunately we hear that a lot, some people don’t really take pride in what they do
I am a retired 64 year old rough in carpenter, but if you don't mind me asking , how come non of it is sitting on a concrete platform, plus the Collums should be on 8inch round by 6 foot deep concrete footings . Now maybe I'm wrong, but that's what the inspector has told me many times what needs to be done the right way. Remember raw wood never touches the dirt . Just saying.
Im going with $110,000-$135,000.
Material and labor.
Close enough!
@@THEpremieroutdoor love the quality of work and material choices. If you are ever in north central alabama hit me up!
....paused right at 6:00 min mark.... hell thats worth a like and subscribe right thurr.
Gorgeous ‼️
Wondering why they didn’t install a gator base under the pavers.
You and your team are the best. I like what you do. If I am to ask you to do this kind of work. Are you able to come to Wisconsin in Appleton?
What is the side span and what size LVLs did you use? The entire project looks awesome!
How much weight can those posts hold? Seems like it's all dependent on that auger spiral at the bottom.
That’s not a deck, that’s a extension. When you put a roof on it, it no longer can be called a deck.
Man… that whole build probably cost more than my house…
Not sure how much the designer/architect gets paid but it’s not enough. Guys went all out on this one.
Looks great. Big question, how much was that for the homeowner?
Of course this question was skipped over
About 150k!
Whats the back stuff you paint with before the floor boards???
Insane craftsmanship, looks great
Thanks so much!
Beautiful house awful location couldn’t stand that I wanna be able to walk outside naked and not go to jail if I want to
This video is amazing! The music goes perfectly with the clouds too! GREAT JOB!
Thanks a lot! Some of those shots really looked cool with the blue sky, glad you liked it!
@@THEpremieroutdoor for sure! I always enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work! :)
Again and again I am blown away by the job you guys do
Just gorgeous, nicely done!
Thanks so much buddy!
Nice design and awesome work 👊. Something to be proud of
Seeing the helical piers for supports at the start I could tell this was meant to last for the life of the house.
Does your company travel to the DMV region?
that addition with pavers probably cost more than the house
That’s where their Covid money went….!
They put such a beautiful deck behind such an ugly house
Love to watch the transformation. I need a project like this completed in my back yard.
Thanks a lot Adam!
Please come transform my backyard!!
Wow. Amazing design amazing craftsmanship amazing video. 👍👍🏴🏴
Thanks a lot Tony, appreciate the support as always!
How do you drain rain water where the 2 roofs come together??
if I were the homeowner , I would invite the whole building crew for a BBQ to break in the deck
They have already mentioned that to us, these clients were really awesome!
They will never get that money back!!
North Carolina?
New Jersey!
Wow, this looks great! Hope they enjoy!
Wow, that is just stunning! Would love to do this to my backyard but I couldn't sink 150K like these people did. Where in the country is this? Would this type of deck be feasible in the northern climates?
This is in New Jersey, and all we use is Deckorators, mineral based composite, it’s the best on the market!
I love the music, where can i get it? Great video.
How did you secure the stringer footings at 2:04? Did you have to use concrete, or did you just fill the hole back up with dirt? Thank you!
Filled it with concrete!
Out of curiosity, what was the cost of this project?
I’d estimate 175K, curious if that’s close?
I'm about to start a 25k job and that price wouldn't scratch the surface on a project like this. 150k plus
Matt is close!
What material did y'all use for the white columns?
Sheets of PVC!
Do you recall the aprox. total man hours on this job. Great work by the way
Sure do, it was roughly 1,100 hours. 5 people. Around 30 working days!
Would there have been a sizable price difference between the slat ceiling versus leaving the vault and installing fixed sunlights?
It would definitely be an increase in cost and in this scenario the roof pitch is low so it didn’t seem worth the added cost
Cool deck. Too bad you live in bumble duck
I noticed you didn’t do the waterfall edge on that “bar top” section of the deck. You cut miters. Did the waterfall edge not work out and you ditched it or was there another factor for you to not do it ?
The waterfall detail is still holding up great! But on this one we had a full board on top with only one seem, if we would have folded it we would have needed two seams on the top
Some of those far away after shots look like CGI haha killer project and dope edit 🤙🏼.
Appreciate that bro! Hopefully we get to hang out a little more at the next trade show, you were too busy getting wined and dined 🤣
$100k?
Somewhere around 150!
Imagine all the time , money, and effort spent just to live in a bland cookie-cutter type neighborhood. The house is big and ugly but this deck is next level nice. Too bad it's not being attached to a beautiful home overlooking a gorgeous piece of land as befitting the deck's design and expense. At least now something about this house is attractive. Great job!
You are so right. They will probably get 1/4 back on resale.
Sometimes it’s more about the enjoyment you get from it while you’re there 🤷♂️
Sheesh, where was that at? Vorhees? LBI? 💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸
Mullica hill!
What product did you use for the stone facing on their inside and outside? Is it manufactured stone or real?
It’s called adorn stone, manufactured and mortar less, really cool product. HTTPS://www.adornstone.com
is there not a door attached to the patio?
What was the cost to build this?
Your outdoor bars get better every time. Great work
Appreciate the support as always my friend!
I also feel like the customer should have gotten a different siding on their house at the same time
All these developments get the same siding lol, something different would be nice but really expensive haha
What is the cost for this?????
Damn that turned out amazing! The craftsmanship is top notch from what I can tell. I’m in the market for something exactly like this for my home, but was curious of what this costed. I’m assuming somewhere between $75k-$100k, but this also depends on where you live. I’m just north of Chicago and I’m sure this would cost me around that much.
Definitely depends on the location but this was somewhere around 150k!
@@THEpremieroutdoor and worth every single penny!! Amazingly beautiful and functional!!! 👍🏽
Damn that's nice. I wonder how much something like this cost.
Thanks a lot! About 150k
150k job right there whew..amazing looking
Thank you my friend!
this is not real its a virtual photo. why you dont put the real final transformation ??
It is real my friend!
bruh that prob cost the home owners about 80k
About 150k!
This looks absolutely fantastic
Thanks so much!
This is beautiful beautiful, is a amazing work , I’m in my telephone and my tv 📺 at the same time ♥️
how many windows do you need
