Steve would like to apologize for any and all deviations from the original drum track. He tried his best and wants you to know he's ashamed, but loves Mr. Neil Peart with all his heart.

To the other compliments below I want to add that the guitar work was properly restrained and on point in capturing Lifeson's style.
That was the best Ged vocal cover I’ve ever heard
Wow. Great job. One of my fave tunes. Idk how much cleaning up was done or studio tweaking, but it sounded great. Vocals are something else. Nice tone to his voice. Everyone else sounded terrific also. Kudos!!!
I saw Rush in St. Petersburg Florida during this tour at their covered baseball stadium. Had great seats, heck of a show!
Well done guys. Thanks.
His vocals are really impressive- they sound like they were taken from left over tapes from My Favorite Headache...
@twoandahater that is flattering, thank you so much! I just try to be in tune-ish.
Adam is infinitely talented
Top shelf vocals.
Brilliant rendition lads!
Great job.The vocal track was spot on with the right amount of reverb and delay. Geddy has such a unique voice quality and you certainly pinned the tach on it. Bravo
Gran trabajo!! según yo, el mejor tema de Rush!! Felicitaciones!!
Awesome
AWESOME! Love the vocals!!
Brilliant version so well done 👏
what a voice!
Hell yeah, this came out real nice!!
Bravo!!! Well done guys!!!
Thank ye
Very very good
Thank ya
That was excellent! All instruments and vocals were spot on. Also enjoyed the bobblehead Rush shrine.
Nice job!!
Great job, guys. Real pleasure. With an extra high five to Steve, obvs.
I have to say I like this well done lads 👌
Hell Yeah!! 👌🤘
Hey Steve, thanks for this video and the video of you tracking this song. I’ve never really been into Rush - I’ve heard all the main albums people really talk about - but I’m not really a prog guy so I never listened much after one or two play throughs of the popular albums. But after your video tracking this tune, I was hooked immediately and since then I’ve listened to this album front to back multiple times. It’s so good. The sound they have on this one, I really dig. Dreamline almost sounds like a Finnish power metal track. Thanks for putting me on to this record!
With Rush it's all about *which is the best version?* For Dreamline, my favorite version is from the live Snakes and Arrows Tour; the guitar solo is tasteful, spacey and exquisite.
❤
Love the guitar tone, my third listen, do some more covers m8
They keyboard player's glasses are definitely channeling Geddy.
Brilliant! I loved it!!! It's funny, today I listened to the "Roll the Bones" album, here on RUclips, and the opening song, Dreamline, got me all pumped up. I said to myself, I wonder if "Junkdrummer" would cover that the way he did "Ghost of a Chance". Then, RUclips suggests THIS video to me. :) In any event, thanks for doing this and for posting this! It was awesome to watch! :)
Thank you
Congratulations, that was spot on! Next I wanted you to react to mike mangini playing pale blue dot live, that would be great!
Damn solid cover. Deserves way more views. Get rid of the Miami Vice pink blazer and you guys will be sure to make it big :)
Better mix than that tinny sounds of RTB.
Adam’s vocals are great. When is the next Drunk Uncle podcast?
Tonight!!
@@JunkdrummerTV Oh cool
Great cover from a band that never was! What's next? :)
Probably a cover from WWF's The Wrestling Album.
@@JunkdrummerTV anyone but Captain Lou is trash.
Rate "Cut/Copy."
Hey Steve!!! Is this a new band?!?! I was just getting used to the other band with the musclebound guitar player (Arnold Schwarzenegger meets James Hatfield...🤣😳) LOL...!!!
But I am curious?!? Because you're reading sheet music that causes you to have your neck "craned" In a somewhat unique twisted to the left and quite compromising way!!!
NOW.... I truly (as a drummer, and Studio A1 engineer,) know the importance of keeping "everything" in front of you," thus maintaining for a great cohesive, muscle memory building experience. And, I have found that using a tablet secured in front of me to the kick drum, allows for much better, "looking forward engaging posture." Tablets have certainly made many things easier and, or, functionaly better. Perhaps you would find that out too?!?
ANYWAY, KEEP ON KEEPING ON BROTHER DRUMMER!!!!!
PEACE 🤘🏼!!!!!
It's the band that never was
@@JunkdrummerTV you guys work well together, that's very apparent!!!
And, It is good to see that you are still playing together !! Music soothes the soul!!👌🏽🤘🏼
To your earlier point I did so many musicals, especially before the invention of tablets, that I'm pretty comfortable playing like that. And these days I'm too blind to be able to read off of such a small screen.
@@JunkdrummerTV Yeah, honestly I thought to myself after I sent the first comment that you may find a smaller reading media a bit of a pain in the @$$, and of course they do make much larger tablets, but that still poses a problem... how to keep the sheet music your reading, running congruently,
and of course scrolling at the right space or place in time. Hmmmmm.......
....... 🤔 ..... Maybe I can invent eye glasses that look like those great big Aviator sunglasses that can superimpose the sheet music on them, like the "glass podium" readers do... ya know like they have for the president to read from, which is those two glass shields flanking each side of the podium.... 🤔 .... ??? I don't know perhaps just leaving it the way it is may be the most practical way of reading and playing!!!!🤘🏽
I actually think this is better than Rush !”
It's time to put down the crack pipe, amigo 👊
Sorry, tuned out after 10 seconds..
