I like how they snuck in the text from the boyfriend with the 🖤. I believe that the 🖤 Lilia saw in her trance was Billy not Rio, but because she cast the sigil she didn't remember the name.

@@MrKakeJelly It's been confirmed by Jac Schaeffer and Joe Locke. Billy is part of the coven and Rio is not.
I would assume what happened with Lilia was that she cast the sigil on William, then immediately forgot both him and placing the sigil since (as Agatha mentioned earlier) a sigil works on the witch who cast it, too.

Yeah, i also think that the black heart in the list was Billy all along since Lilia couldn't write his name because of the sigil
The moment she drops the sigil in William’s pocket, you can see she forgets why she’s even holding the jacket. There’s even a musical queue as the magic happens.
I think it’s to protect him from witches, possibly because they would want his power. Now that he has access to his power (sort of) he can protect himself, so the sigil is not needed.
Y'all are working as a team to help break down what happened, so a Dumbo like me can understand. 🤗

Another amazing episode, Billy's story got much better and easier to understand in the adaptation. 💙
It flowed so nicely. Wasn't overcomplicated but still impactful

@@stephendaniels2213 I agree, if he decides to be a maximoff. William's parents need closure.
I think (or maybe I am just hopeful), Billy threw Lilia and Jen into a different location, then gave Agatha the rope she used to get out of the bog.
I think he was just trying to save them from being in danger, far away from Agatha.
This means the next trial would just be for the two of them - maybe the psychiatric ward type trial.
Then the last trial would be the one where Jen and Lilia join in - the classic witch trial where the Salem Seven appeared.
Rio also hasn't reappeared so maybe her trial is to come up also?
And Rio is yet to appear since Alice's demise so 👀 The psychiatric ward one, that Rio or lilia's you think?
@@MrKakeJelly Actually, there is a theory about Rio that emerged from last episode and a theory about Billy from this episode that may answer this question.
I wont give away the Rio theory because it is not officially confirmed by the episode but the Billy theory is very plausible.
The Billy theory goes that Billy is actually the Black heart that Lilia wrote as the fourth name of the coven list. Billy has a black heart earing and during his text conversation with his boyfriend, the boyfriend said "You are my 🖤." Then given that the sigil prevents any mention of Billy, Lilia couldn't write his name, so she had to draw the black heart to represent him.
So this coming trial - the pysch ward one - might just be for Billy.
@@jholmes553 Ohhh that does totally make sense! So when they put a call out for a green witch, Rio just came for shits and gigs? Plus, she was also in the area collecting Sharon.
@@MrKakeJelly Probably. But there's also a darker implication if the Billy theory is correct. It woupd mean that Sharon Davis was never needed by the coven and her death was just unnecessary.

Honestly that "going back in the closet" joke was a fucking classic but not doing it would have been a missed opportunity because as every queer person knows, that's a joke we make ALL the time

I love how this series is giving the professional haters such a hard time making £££
"Its boring" "its Gay" "it makes no sense". No it makes perfect sense because Agatha is one of the most messed up characters in the MCU., Once walking the Witches Road with Wanda while she was a Ghost. We know Wanda is coming back for at least 2 films it makes perfect sense to bring the character back via a TV show rather than wasting time doing it within a film.
Output from Disney has been Meh for me but loving this show, and love the relationships.
The Bond between Billy and Alice was amazing I really hope they find a way to bring her back.
I have noticed the lack of hate for this one is less. I'd like to think they like it but maybe my algorithm has finally been perfected 😂
The most important bond in this show is the bond between Agatha and Billy. In the end that is what this show is going to be about. It's the only way they can continue to use Agatha in the MCU and this show, despite its title, was always about Billy, not Agatha.
