You are the master, I love the simple way you show your cooking, and of course a little bit intertaining. Dhinji-kadhinjiki Masala. hehe. That was good.
As a chef, do you prepare any Bengali dishes....?? It will be great if you can teach that as well.May be sometime I can call you and your wife over lunch or dinner :)

Any criticism can be called rude. If you want to be dishonest, you can procede going through life responding to all criticism by simply calling it rude and completely avoiding the fact that you could have said something moronic.
It's an open forum, you said something I considered stupid, I feel i demonstrated why I thought what I did, and I called you out on it. Deal with it? Once again, in case you missed my explanation earlier, it would be an acceptable expression, if, you have never heard of cumin seeds or something. Do you want me to be specific and not make assumptions, then, and simply ask you to look at the video and list all the ingredients you've never heard of? I suspect the number does not surpass 3 or 4.
I would argue the expression is inappropriate if the sum of the ingredients you don't recognize is less than two. But this is only assuming you're not a moron and know what basic ingredients like garlic, black better, and mustard seeds are. If this isn't the case, I apologize.
