It seemed like they didn’t have enough torque at the beginning which I thought to very odd. I’ve know some nitros to be torque monsters.

As soon as the clutch gets wet it's over. Also in the mud wheel speed is key to keep floatation assuming they have the right tires.

Seems like this would be more interesting if there was a speed limitation. Most are just so fast they skate across the mud instead of going through it (which is part of the fun).

✳️Good video Tim !! But there should be (2) Classes, one for electric and one for gas !! It is OBVIOUS that gas trucks do not have a chance in the MUD !! Doesn't seem fair to the drivers with gas/nitro RC Mud Trucks !!! Why !!??? Make it more evenly competitive, separate the

This is only the 3rd mud bog race. The first event we had a nitro and electric in the finals. Some guys run nitro just for the fun of it.. they like the sound, the smoke. Guys are modifying the electric cars and the nitro guys are still stock. We have a crawler/straight axle class, 1/10 scale pro stock, and pro open.. you can run electric or gas in any class.
