You can be on the same team with out using a clan tag. Both players just need to choose the same color on the main page.
On the main page in the bottom left is a button with a bunch of colored pixels. Click and choose a color. This will be your color when playing in battle royals and 1v1 games as well as the game will try to put you on a team closest to the color you have chosen.
Drew seems so much more like alive and happy when he plays games with Frank :))

for me the worst part in this game is when you have an exclave and somebody attacks it, all your men die even if its just a seperate exclave then your other neighbours gang up on you

You can use the hands you see when getting the option to attack to naval invade to donate manpower.
I actually do this with a friend of mine... but we play better than both Drew and Frank, so we win quite frequently. No too often, but it works

Hey a trick for getting in the same team is choosing your color black in the lobby (black is the most common in teams minigame), and everyone with the same color will get in that team.

You should put “[PAINTBRUSH] ...” when you’re playing a team game.
