Yes, life itself is stale. Every day is virtually the same as the previous and the next and there is nothing we can really do about it. Like you said, trying things ends up just wearing you out anyways so we are all just here waiting out this miserable existence. It is pretty much only fun and interesting when you are a kid and things haven't been seen and done a million times already. Once you get to being an adult with a 9-5, your life is just a shell as you desperately search for amusement that isn't there like it used to be.

Pain is part of growth. Spiritual, mental and physical. Push through this. All suffering in life is caused by the avoidance of pain. Your pain is telling you there is something you should seek. I can most assuredly tell you that the answer is in helping those around you who need help. Not the people who drag you down or mistreat you, but the people who really need your help. We only find the answers we seek in life by helping others. It’s a paradox. We get by giving. Avoid suffering and accept pain of being uncomfortable as a part of life and a road to real growth as a human being. These things lead to peace.
When I went through a break up, many years ago, I started saying, that was fun, but now it’s done. I say that a lot now. yeah, moving to another country is not easy at all. first you need money and most countries do not really like foreigners. most of the time foreigners are seen as undesirable. people discriminate a lot and, one of the reasons is nationality. it is as if you are of a different species just because of your nationality. and getting a job as a foreigner tends to be difficult in many places. people love to discriminate, they do it based on skin color, race etc. many think their particular race is the perfect one and do not want to associate with other races. that is the beauty of humanity.
Here in DC area, you can’t find these workers for any price: gardeners, babysitters, cleaners, home health aides. Even in the housing crisis, giving a free room + $500. to mow small lawn, take out trash did not work out. I did this three times. The Helpers expected free food, rides. Made ungodly noise at night. Not happy at all. Zero gratitude. All left in a huff. After last one, I sold my house.

I look at it this way ... If a person is in the top 5% in attractiveness ( whether it's good looks, being tall, being exotic), having elite level attributes ( talent, skills, proprietary know how) or having great "perpetual" continuous multiple streams of $$ a person is set for life! When you don't have any of those major three things including health and energy... life sucks!!! When you have that kind of money you can have personal assistants to make things happen! When you have very good looks people come to you; you don't have to go to them..... When you have the attribute of Elite talent people need you especially if you are 3 out of the only people in the country that can do it... Life is so much fun and so meaningful when you have these variables.......
