Yes he absorbed garou power with the power he's already received from god. And let's not exclude the fact his human form is on par with blast already. Even blast said he would be a greater threat than garou and it's looking like it's gonna be true. @Brosie_Osie no he doesn't the garou Saitama fought on Jupiter was much stronger and he was able to endure serious Saitama hits who was getting stronger very fast void probably would be a bigger threat than base cosmic fear garou but not Jupiter garou blast didn't saw Jupiter garou.
