no, this shouldn't be a deluxe figure because they don't charge less for figures that are tiny (Grogu, Sebulba etc?). This doesn't come with extra hands / faces or anything, it should be the same price as every other figure.

Finally, I’ve wanted Savage Opress forever, it feels like it almost took the same amount of time for this figure to come out as it did for anyone in Star Wars to try to find out if Maul was alive after he was sliced in half by Obi Wan Kenobi in The Phantom Menace, when Savage found him on the garbage planet in the clone wars I was just as excited as I am right now after seeing him in action figure form, may the force be with you
For the deluxe price they could've added a swappable robot arm just as a bit of good faith. But this is the company that made separate releases of Baylan and Shin with their capes so we will definitely be getting an exclusive Savage at some point with a robot arm lol

Really looking forward to Savage to beef up my CIS champions though I do hope they make another pass at Asajj Ventress as something about the current release bugs me. I would not be opposed to Bad Batch Ventress either for all the little air time we got.
Honestly this is as close to perfect as a Black Series figure can get and I love him! Yeah he doesn’t have the metal arm he gets later but I would rather have this blade staff thingy over a swappable arm.

I've been waiting for him as well, the cloth goods skirt is an excellent choice and also his Head is amazing 😍
This version of Savage Opress looks a lot different from the Clone Wars line. At least his shoulder pads looks good and the lightsaber is nice.
