I blame the media for continuing using the word lawmakers for those who have defected to another political party, and automatically become former lawmaker by constitutional provisions. Also, I am beginning to see the reason why judges are now delivering judgments based on what they want and not what the law says. The thing applies to the so-called senior advocate Adegboruwa. Coming to argue the process and procedure for which those ex-lawmakers defected, whether it will be seen as defection. This alone shows that you're not qualified to be a (SAN). The ex-lawmakers have affirmed it by themselves, that they have defected to APC. What type of Idiotic lawyers Nigeria is producing in the name learned lawyers. Very sad.

It would be very difficult for loyal PDP Governors to have visited Fubara. Only those that Fubara will contact among them for advise will offer help. Most of those PDP Governors are close aloie of Wike, the Bala of Bauchi, the Makinde etc. The remaining PDP Governors would be careful dealing with Fubara, who they are not too sure of Fubara's loyalty to the PDP as a party. No one will be surprised if in near future, Fubara himself joins APC like his principal Wike.

Mr Jide ojo is not telling the truth. The 4 law makers sat, and the seats of the defected 27 ex lawmakers were declared vacant by the court recognised Speaker.

Its good to preach peace, but peace should not be to surrender the state to Wike. Wike has finish his term, he should go to Abuja and serve as minister, Fubara should not abide by that resolution, the 25.members should lose their seats and stop the impunity of conscienceless politicians.

In all this PDP is to be blamed, the party was not so docile, even till now, no PDP sitting governor or the Acting National Chair/ NWC has paid Gov Fubara a visit to encourage him. So, Fubara accepting the agreement seems to be his best option since PDP is not even coming to his rescue.
PDP is not docile. They are being careful. Nothing so far shows that Fubara is with them and for them. They are watching the game to be sure it’s not a staged war. For instance, imagine them going to Fubara last week on a solidarity visit and the next thing is now declaration of 100% loyalty to Wike and Tinubu.
Meanwhile, the only place they have a role is in ensuring that all those defectors are dragged up to Supreme Court whether the governor agrees or not.
Hmmmm, your perspective may be right on it being a staged play but I feel they should even use the whole saga to sanction Wike. Anyway, Naija politics is the more you look, the less you see.
