Former governor Nyesom Wike is a Man that knows how to talk politics and play politics. No amount of intimidation can move him an inch. He is getting more strong and popular by the day. Who told you Former Governor Wike has no capacity to use his personal money to do what he did. He started his politics as a local government chairman ,then chief of staff to Ameachi and governor for eight years. He has enormous wealth to do what he did without touching state money...
