fun fact: the background noise feature is for people with tinnitus to zone out the constant ringing in their ears
i thought i wasted 250 dollars when buying my airpod pro 2nd gens but when i figured out that i can drain out 90% of the noise around me, sound quality like im in the club, active transparency mode, obsurd amount of battery, i actually think these are worth it

The pro 2s actually seem to be a little quieter, to benefit for the better sound quality, which is more base and clearer vocals

So all the fear res are on all AirPods except for conversation boost. Conversation boost is on the pros 1&2 as well as the max’s

It doesn't matter whether you have AirPods Pro 2 or not. It can work with any AirPods version. Also I'm using this to monitor if the audio is okay to be that loud or not.

When press and holding does that just toggle between transparency and noise cancellation?? I actually don’t like adaptive reallly I either wanna be zoned out and not hear anything or have transparency on so I can hear people say if I’m walking out of the gym etc!!

I once accidentally used live listen on a school bus. I then proceeded to turn up the volume ti the max and put my AirPods to hear every conversation 😈

It’s turned on by default, just swipe down on the right side of the phone to get the control center and tap the ear.
Yea exactly. There’s no option for “turn on” like you said just swipe down to the right side of the phone and tap the ear.

iOS 18 update has a big glitch where the newer background sounds don’t work, unless it’s just my settings

you either admit that its unfair to judge the future based on the past or you have double standards
While it is cool, the live listen thing probably shouldn't be a thing because it almost always is being used to spy on people and violate their privacy. Like, I cannot think of a situation where is doesn't involve eavesdropping

I have the pro 2 the anc is good for just lowering sounds but if no sounds are playing I can just have a normal conversation with them on. Idk if their supposed to be like that or mines are just bad
