Probably TIGHTLY packed together, pressure would make the ball chain leave an indent. another theory, children squishing the bags, or employees stocking the little bags with the card and chain IE another pressure thing. it is Not stabbed, but this is how you get indents.. 2 Theories on HOW they got there...
