There is a lot of things if you want to know what hes doing but at first check the vanilla command /fill /summon [...] on internet Mind the fact that you can custom every aspect of the vanilla command : you can /summon a zombie but if you write a specific condition in the same command you can make him invulnerable, glowing [...] One example because i see a comment asking for it, when he does custom decoration he actually take bloc info and he put it where he wants, and hes adding layer by layer on the same bloc There is bloc (stairs), there is entities (armor stand with armor on) It’s a supposition since someone said hes doing this without mod, but you can add a LOT of things, its little things you have learn put together Hope it helps

The debug stick basically allows you to put a block into ANY of its possible states without needing the conditions that would put it in that state and for as long as the block doesn't get updated
note: to actually apply the mode (like change the direction to east) you need to right click
