I like your videos, in my opinion longer content is good, if you need to put music to it cut out or short. Including the audience in the video by keeping us in the loop on the game plan is good. You're doing great! Keep up the good work
Every video I see people are in love with the 9R, period. Even in areas of altitude guys seem happy despite no turbo compensating for altitude. People have been speculating from day one about a turbo version, Polaris must be listening. Seems like you made a good choice 😊
I haven't had a chance to ride a 9R yet but I did put a tki gear down on my 850 that I'm stoked to finally get to try out since my clutch recall is finally getting done tomorrow...
Possibly heading out to Sparwood next week. Any recommendations on places to stay , got no snow in Manitoba, so looking for snow to ride nothing crazy ad i have a 17 Assault/SKS 144" 2" 37" narrow front end
I’m riding Elkford this weekend so I’ll see how the conditions are. Not sure about Sparwood but Powder mtn Lodge in Fernie is where I stayed a few weeks ago. A little rough but the price was right! The HighRock inn in Elkford is super cheap if you tell them you’re there sledding.
My 2020 polaris 800 mountain sled has reverse and electric start which I prefer it because if I get into a situation that I need to back up I will use reverse
While I like the detail of the longer videos, I don't usually watch them all the way through because I get busy with other things, so I guess I prefer the ones that are around a half hour or so in length.
That’s my old 850! It always ran great. Colin’s 850 is still not running properly. It’s been like that since day 1! Too bad he couldn’t just get his money back and a new sled
@@cjstillman122 yes it’s been to the dealer for a complete new brake system and several other recalls. They also fixed one of the exhaust valves that wasn’t opening all the way. Too bad the tech couldn’t take it out on the snow and test it after each attempt to fix it!
@@JasonCaville I was wondering that as well for my 23, but it is at 10.9 hours/159 miles and I don’t ever recall seeing the bar. My wife’s 24 has zero hours/miles and there is no progress bar on the info screen. I have never looked at that screen with the engine running though…so maybe that’s why. I’m definitely going to check it out tomorrow lol.
I like the videos either way but what I don't care for is the music , I would rather hear the sleds . So if the shorter videos get rid of the music than shorter it is
Sometimes I add music to cover up background noise like my neighbours dog barking or road noise. I agree the sled sound is best! Thanks for commenting 👍
Your in a caribou habitat I seen the tracks on several occasions please contact your local wildlife department and let them know there is tracks in the riding area if we don’t do these things and they see the videos with you having no acknowledgment or idea where you are riding Keep BC open to riding
Thanks for the comment. In the Elk Valley and east we mostly have moose, Elk, deer, sheep and goat. No caribou though. We only ride in areas that are open for motorized vehicles in the winter.
@@JasonCaville thanks for the feedback my man I do love your channel and watch all the time keep up the good work and make sure you let people know that in your videos it will benefit you

I personally love sled vids with a good soundtrack but it's not for everyone! Thanks for taking the time to comment!
I like watching your vids but I find it hard to find the time to actually watch the longer vids in full. Keep up the good work brother!
Might take you a few viewing sessions! I added chapters so you can skip through. Thanks for the feedback 👍
good one. personnaly i prefer the longer videos, like 30-45m, compare to 20-30m. keep em going
Thanks for the feedback!
Love your videos. I like a combination of short and long
I like the longer ones because I miss riding with you. Mind you, I am retired and have time to watch them😉
Ah thanks mom!
I like the longer vids for sure with chapters good idea
Sweet, thanks!

Awesome, thank you!
Just not enough snow yet, we're still waiting in Washington too!
Only a matter of time!
Whats with the way you unload your sled? Is that so the exhaust doesn't melt your bed liner or something well it warms up?
It’s how I unload it when I get home late, less smoke and noise!
What is that cooking device your buddy had?
I don’t know what it’s called, but he bought it at Basecamp Motorsports in Calgary
Looks like the 850 has the rpm back. What did you guys do to fix it?

What camera do u use ?
My iPhone 13 Pro Max for the stationary shots. My Helmet Cam is a GoPro Hero 12. My videos from earlier this year were using a GoPro Hero 10.
Oh ok sweet I just got a Hero 11, what settings do you run on it
I use 4K60 Hyperview or 4K60 Superview@@Slayer2o
You dont have reverse on your sled?
That’s just how I like to unload it. Throw it in reverse and give the track a pull
@JasonCaville My sled is a 2020 polaris 800 mountain sled and it has a pre studded track and reverse and electric start.
Neither of my Matryx sleds show that break-in progress bar on that page on the 7S.
I don’t remember seeing it on my 2022. The 23 and 24s I’ve ridden all have it
@@JasonCaville Hmmm…I have a 23 and a 24. Maybe it needs to be running with that screen displayed. I’ll have to have a closer look.

There's just barely enough here. Definitely A-arm testing season

I should sell them at my truck in the parking lot. Mark them waaay up haha.
