I personally love playing against Eldlich, because I play Paleo Frog, and Eldlich are such glue eaters that they don’t know that my cards will just swarm the field if they activate their traps lmao.

I just use dimensional fissure, savage colosseum, and timelords/kaijus to ruin their day.

@@babyrath8621 exactly, when I first started building my paleo frog deck, I didn’t really have access to the “staple extra deck cards” but I had some of them and completely wiped the floor with this Eldlich player. Fought well, but couldn’t stand up to my ZEUS and Toadally Awesome.

Royal Decree is such an iconic card that any long time yugioh fan can recognize it. Nice to give eldlich a taste of their own medicine
As a rare case of an Eldlich player who can actually reads and isn't a glue-eater, I felt physical pain watching this
I'd say this is a bot, but even bots wouldn't activate traps under Royal Decree.

Master Duel's IA is surprisingly good. They are so realistic sometimes they decide to kill themselves by attacking big attack monsters

Eldlich users must have patience. because the purpose of the Eldlich deck is not to win quickly but to make the opponent unable to play.
When you reverse floodgate an eldlitch deck
I play Crystal Beasts, so if they don't get Skill Drain I win because Crystal Abundance is the natural predator of Eldlich.
That's why I switch from backrow removal to Royal Decree, because a lot of Meta deck such tri zoo,eldlich and virtual world revolving around trap card.
The thing is, it's a trap, and unless you're willing to expect your turn to be peaceful, there's a lot of decks that just on turn 2 can outright defeat you
If your deck can be patient enough, sure, Decree is such a gem, but otherwise regular backrow removal is better
No way dude, VW has a few super useful traps but they can easily play without lmao.
But VW NEEDS their traps, as part of the cost of their monsters / spells, doesn't matter if they're on field or not, you must play gate traps

Cause if dd dynamite goes first your only stopping it with a hand trap, because they'll just use it before you can do anything

Yesterday I dueled against eldlich two time back to back in bronze not even gold or platinum and I won I don't even know how I won but that felt satisfying.

It's good to see Royal Decree get some shine. It pretty much eats floodgates and control decks for breakfast yet never sees play.
YGO is usually about turn 1 & 2, and unless Red Reboot / Impermanence / Brigadine/ Magical Musketeer / Marincess, a trap is useless
If your deck is fine by set - pass, then yes, Decree is cool (Like Sky Striker for instance)
@@Jyxero That does make sense, but couldn't it be set in turn 1? Kinda the same way people use Imperial Order and Skill Drain. If you're facing Eldilich or any trap heavy deck you know it won't go to waste. The cards you mentioned will be great when you're turn 2 but if you're turn 1 you can clog your opponent's back row with useless cards.
Well, I learnt it the hard way (I also crafted 3 Royal for a Red Archfiend deck), and on the majority of scenarios I would prefer to had the usefulness of Lightning Storm, as heavy backrow isn't as common (at least for me) than monster negates
But I'm honestly considering it for my Generaiders (I run only 4 archtype traps), as dealing with heavy backrow with them is usually a nightmare (Unless I can go into Mathmech Sigma with Ghost Ogre...)

They played a variation of Z-One's theme when he was summoning the materials, and they played the standard Yusei theme (shown here) when he actually conducted the summon

I prefer playing traptrix and altergeist, at least those two archetypes make you use your brain while still being a huge douchebag negating everything the opponent does.
Completely noob eldlich player. Without considering skill drain against maxx c and golden land when royall decree is active... there was no reason to activate conquistador. From an Eldlich player, he got what he deserved
this is the probleme with Eldlich players , they have the right hand to win but they are just too impatient , this idiot could destroy that royal decree if he waited a bit

i love watching eldlich lose. i dont know why this brain dead deck is even a thing. card pops. flood gates to high hell. and constant activations is just all sorts of annoying. top it all off with being a decent beat stick and card recycling.
