I actually made a Reversal Quiz deck a while ago that I called Utopia Quiz. I found out that your opponent actually doesn't need to have a monster on the field to use Number S39: Utopia Prime.
● Play Accellight to summon Galaxy Wizard from the deck
● Tribute Galaxy Wizard to add Galaxy Hundred from deck to hand
● Activate Galaxy Hundred to send Photon Jumper from deck to the GY
● Use the effect of Photon Jumper to add Numbers Last Hope
● Activate Numbers Last Hope paying half your LP to special summon both Galaxy Wizard & Photon Jumper from the GY
● Xyz summon Number 39: Utopia and then summon Number S39:Utopia Prime

Honestly the fact people think you have to play the most meta deck to win when the anime and Game basically says to "build your own decks instead of copying other people." This proves you can build something unique without being a meta decker copycat. Seriously, every time you go to a tournament now every fucking player is playing the same fucking deck look at the resent world championship it's so dumb like play something different guys give some diversity like Eheros or some phantoms knight mixed with time theif decks something other this snake eyes crap.

People want to win and so they will use the most meta cards possible.
@soundrogue4472 it's proves that you don't need to have the best deck to play the game people tend to forget that and what the fucks the point of even winning tournaments if there no cash prizes what so ever (even though Konami could easy do it it's just cause they are too lazy and greedy) it's a game where your ment to have fun with other people make something unique to your self but people have become so blind and will spend thousands of dollars just to win a tournament where you just get more cards you can't even use half the time it's like you don't get to have fun cause of this dumb meta deck bull shit.
YT algorithm is doing this guy so nasty. I no longer play ygo but these videos are the magnum opus. Nothing even remotely similar exists.

As a person who is fond of the orginal manga/anime but has never played the game, I have the vague hunch that you are a beloved content creator and this video is of high quality for people in the know. But it also shows what may instantly turn off people who want to get into the game. Some just don't see the fun in watching your opponent play solitaire and losing after absolutely no interaction.

1) i love how yo talk and explain the combo and progression. Definitely help understand the card individually and the whole deck better.
2) wobbly. A water aqua/fish... special summon itself on the opponents' field at the cost of the opponent drawing 1. (You also gain 2000 lp. You know, for big numbers.)

The format of this video is amazing! I haven't come across anyone else doing it (yet?), but I love the animations of after every card is played it gets displayed and that you go through all the steps and explain what's happening :) and then after the combo has been introduced, I like that you speed through but still at a good pace and not skipping

This might be just a detail but since you were questioning the consistancy of the first deck, I think you could have been able to link off renaud to linkuriboh, activating unicorn, then tributing the linkurobuh for ra in game one so it would still work 100% of the time but correct me if im wrong

when you go with the xyz you can take Silent Wobby to summon on the opponents side freely. no need for rose garden. with Quiz you should also have less mosnters in your deck. XYZ seems to be a solution you can pull off with max 6 warriors in your deck + wobby.

This is super awesome but I get the feeling that it would fall completely apart by a well-timed Ash. So you're kinda dependent on the opponent not having hand traps.

stack your deck with random through aways based on what you intend on guessing for reversal quiz you know up the odds because if you start off with all the combo searches you'll have what you need out already just make sure those random through aways aren't as random as they seem

I think the best version of this is still just jamming a bunch of draw spells and pay life as you go with Chicken Game, Perfomapal popperup, etc. Playing Royal Magical Library + Piri Reis Map can help with consistency some too. Then, since your whole deck is spell cards, Reversal quiz is basically 100%.
when gen/ken gets added to master duel those would be helpful. they give your opponent a monster and make thrust a viable way to get quiz. also you can use talents for more draws too with them :3

would love to see a quiz series or archetype like this kind of interaction... sadly question is not in MD at all ... maybe some day we get soemthing like that where the opponent choose / fullfill your connditions (like question with guessing the first monster in the GY without looking.)

shouldn't into the void be chain link 1 and scarm chain link 2? since chain resolves backward?
You would think, but during the end phase simultaneous effects resolve fully before the next effect goes off. In this case the game would prompt you to pick either Scarm or into the void. Scarm would search a card, then it would prompt you to pick an effect again. Good question!

Is it possible to use a VWXYZ / Spear Cretin / Penguin Soldier / Relinquished / Toon World Combo to lock your opponent out of putting their own monsters on the Battlefield?

Go for disrespect - instead of dealing the last damage, play Chain Energy/Red-Eyes Flare or whatever choice of Tax card.
I have a 3 card combo where you win with Reversal Quiz.
The 3 cards that you need are Gale Dogra, Volcanic Rimfire and Reversal Quiz.
Here is how it would work:
Play Gale Dogra and activate the effect 2 times ( paying 6000 LP ) send 2 Herald of the Arc Light to the grave.
With the 2 Heralds you add Advanced Ritual Art and Poeltis De Nouvelles to the hand.
Activate the Advanced Ritual Art and send 3 Volcanic Rats from deck to the grave and Summon Poeltis. ( which let's you draw another card )
Activate the Reversal Quiz and change life points with your opponent.
Then use the effect of Volcanic Rimfire which got send to the grave. Remove it and send Volcanic Emperor from Deck to the grave.
Then remove the 3 Volcanic Rats from grave and special summon Volcanic Emperor.
With his effect you deal 2000 damage for game.
The only problem is you actually have to make the correct guess for Quiz
Double the jank by splashing in kaijus. Interrupted kaiju slumber summons kaiju on both sides even if you only destroyed your monsters, and is technically searchable if you can summon enough kaijus while their continuous spell is on the field. All that's left to figure out is paying life and you can combo out a utopia prime.
You could probably make a slightly edited version of the first deck with a Bamboo Sword/Warrior core and use Heroic Champion Claivesolish's effect to pay down to 500 LP, but I'm not 100% sure if you can activate his effect when you can't go into the battle phase, so it might not work turn one, which really weakens the strat.
Level three light or dark fiend tuner monster. I forget their name and can't look it up rn but on normal summon u can place them on the enemies feikd and negate monsters for a turn
And the first build is shut down hard by hand traps. Especially droll
Can u try the swap combo with kaiju and vengful servant. Use swap cards equip 3 servant and kill. Kinda take sime time to setup

This is pure kany gold. I would love to know the win% of these jank decks. I know they won´t be high, but between 25% and 10% there is a huge difference that could separate between me crafting the deck for a cheesy win with a friend or not.
I'd like to see this combo but with chain energy. If they go down to 100 life points they can't play any cards and essentially you've trapped them. All they can do is sit there and stare at you.

Silent Wobby. You ss it to your opp's field, they draw 1 you gain 2000 lp. I use it in Acid Golem Burn to give my opp acid golem on turn 1
Also illusion apprentice can special summon herself by discarding a card then magicians soups can he special summone dtoo from the hand plus a cosmo brain to special summon itself and then summon ra
Try advanced draw. Alter the top 5 in any order and then get a second normal summon

Xyz change tactics can take your LP down atleast 2500 for a total of 5 draws for utopia.
@iremiagaming to get monsters to enemya field maybe use the silent wobby but it gives 2k LP to the opponent

USE SPELL CARD Convulsion of Nature.
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, both players must turn their respective Decks upside down and proceed with the current Duel.
With this u will always know what the top card on of ur deck is. So u will always know what to draw and what to guess.
I love convulsion because I used it as a kid. But Yugipedia mentions that it doesn’t actually work with convulsion. RIP
