Omg! No wonder I can hardly understand the native speakers sometimes! Thanks for this! Great video!
4 años despues sigo de marathon con tus enseñanzas. la mejor explicacion para este topic.
Hadar! I love you... Undoubtedly, you've become my favorite English trainer. I'm a Spanish Teacher from Venezuela and your lessons have helped me a lot with my English pronunciation. You really understand learners and that's why I prefer non-native teachers. God bless you! Keep it up!
What I love about your videos is how clear and precise they are.
Here are my examples.
1.- play dirty
2.- excellen---teacher
3.- wor kit out
4.- he (y) lready
You're so talented at breaking it all down for us, can't thank enough ♥️
And thank YOU for your wonderful comment
one of the best clips for non-native speakers
Que inteligencia tan Bella!!!
This kind of subject must be a mandatory class in the high school
Your energetic lesson always encourages me to survive in English. Even though I'm trying to sing Lionel Richie's "Say you, say me", it feels hard to pronounce the fast part of "So you think you know the answers, Oh no", and the following parts. I can't even hear the parts as the lyrics are and imagine why the part of the lyrics sounds like that. I hope you instruct me on the structure of the pronunciation of the part. Excuse me for a personal request.
Oh, this is an excellent video. It will help me so much with my fluidity. Right now I'm speaking paused and I want to avoid that. Thanks for sharing.
Although I am turkish,I completely got it. U r amazing ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I love your lessons...
Talking about fluency
and non-pausing unit, so
I say - ca(t)ea(t)smouse or
cadeatsmouse, with d flat, or can I say both.
Thank you.
It helped me to speak more naturally , specially to dictate better my rhythm
Thank you hadar I think the most difficult linking is consonant -vowel it changes so much
This should be your most viewed video. It's awesomely helpful to improve our fluency.
Your pronunciation is so good. I want reach this level one day.
Good presentation.
Seu pronunsao do portugues e muito bom. EU desejo falar asim
She’s a native speaker of English
@@fatimej2483 Nope , she's Hebrew
Don't give Up...........
You can get It🙂😉😉😉
That's exactly what I needed to learn. Sometimes my speech, and even my reading, in English is excessively slow, going from word to word. Thank you, Hadar! And, ah, you look very, very beautiful with a bun.
Thanks Rafael:) and I'm glad this video sheds some light about the things that can help you become more fluent
Chinese-speaking students will love this video. Thank you so much, Hadar! I am going to introduce this video to my readers. You are the best, Hadar!
yea i’m chinese and i’m learning english for no reason😂
Man I can't believe it's 12:36 am in my city but in m enjoying and learning a lot from your video
Haha go to sleep!!
😍 AMAZING!! connected speech is one of the hardest aspects of pronunciation..but when you speak everything seems so easy and reachable, love your approach 💖💖💖
To practice the connected speech, I'm using song lyrics as they are already divided into those 'units' you're talking about (thought groups), and they don't contain any science-related vocabulary.
I think I've just fell in love with you. I was trying to figure out how connected speech work... Now I fell less lost... Thank you!
❤️
It's my First class about connects. Thank you so much, now I can catch all about It then practice practice practice
I feel like I’m browsing a magazine not only watching a video on RUclips 😍! That’s amazing!
Hadar you are amazing! I love how you make everything so simple. You make English pronunciation easy to digest. I'm so blessed I found you! May God bless you always!!! :)
That’s my biggest goal! Thanks for saying this🥰
Only one word. Respect. Paid classes are not this great
👊🙏
Brilliant, absolutely the perfect version I've ever seen about how to connect words well, no doubts linking is one of the toughest parts for non-native to master, especially those from a country like China where we're taught to sound every single word clearly and completely rather than trying to connect or drop sounds as you like.
Hey let's practice together
Hey, I'm from Brazil and your videos are very nice for me to learn English and help me a lot with the language!!!
Thanks
Thank you so much! Want to write here a few examples of connected words? 😊
Oh my gosh!!! I was gonna think more about it keep it up my amazing teacher
v+c easy work, compulsory measures.
c+c deep pocket; jump ship; cut corners; frugal life.
v+v stay awake, pay attention.
c+v bad attitude; failed attempts; get anything.
Thank you!

At the library they had this little class where they were teaching English to Spanish people from Mexico and here in San Antonio I always tell my brother my border Brothers to practice when they're in the shower or anything to have to express and say it even I don't know how the proper correct words for saying in Spanish I kind of say it in slang I'm sorry for bothering you I just came back to say hi and look at what your teaching today
We need more technics for to be more fluent in American English. Thank you
Thank you again for helping me improve my pronunciation. Excellent video
- think in sentences like a comprised of small chunks rather than words.
- connected speech have 4 aspects
1. V + C » get it smoothly. 2. C + C » treat it like one word. 3. C + V » the C becomes with V word. 4. V + V » add y sound or get it smoothly if the two letters are proximity . Notes - t + y » Ch - d + y » dj " after all of that practice it with your vocabulary "
Amazing exercise, thanks for.your tips

I have issues connecting words when the first word ends with 'ch' and the next word begins with 's'. Just to give you an example: 'much stress'. Could you give me a tip to end my struggle with that combination?
