FC’s contribution to the Cinema in general is immense!
Kudos to Anu for leading such initiatives! ❤❤❤
It's so nice to see 2 cinematographers who have such distinctly different styles! And they both are inspiring and unique in their own ways!
Shreya should be a part time model! Such striking features...
What an amazing series FC! Expecting more episodes with some of my favs including PC Sreeram, Ravivarman, Ravi K Chandran and Santhosh Sivan
Such a beautiful interview. Two different perspectives of cinematography. But I inclined more towards Jay & connected to his approach towards cinematography & life. I have been following his work on & off over the time. Hope he gets more & more projects as he is one of the best from Indian Cinema. And Shreya, you too ❤️
Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm cinematography student and I learn a lot from this interview. Thank you so much film companion for this interview...♥️✨
This is pure gold! Thanks once again to the FC team. Absolute top quality stuff
Hello team, is there gonna be a Binod Pradhan episode too?
Loving this Cinematographers interview much needed for all to understand a movie and why it’s in some ways . Though there is request for Film companion to have an interview or a round table for Season three of Panchayat I think they have nailed it again.
I remember Jay Oza from interview during Raman Raghav 2.0. 🙂 Thar had nice cinematography - westerner movies type cinematography. In recent times, cinematography of Tumbbad, Qala, Bulbul - I loved. Bring them as well.
So nice of you guys bringing the best cinematographers to talk about life , work and so much more. Please continue to do this more often 🙏
Thank you so much FC for this❤
Loved the conversation.
..
P.s- I want to know who that actress was now😅 ..who said no to him
Love this, thank you for doing this
Delightful conversation ❤
Am I the only one who's finding Anu's deep voice, possibly due to flu/cold, very, very sexy.
Please bring up Aney Goswami and Mahesh Limaye
Such an enticing thumbnail - do we get to know the actor's name if we watch it all the way? 😅
Haha, try it out! :P
🖤🤍
The man is more honest. Why is she so afraid
I don’t think she is afraid at all. She is giving all the answers with such great clarity and thought. For that you need to have some sort of restrain. That restrain also comes with a lot of work. Some might call it fear though. But it’s just a confident professional talking well. But jay also spoke his heart out. Just two stark personalities. Both have such wisdom. What a delight to watch.
But for most of India that might be true. Society hain aisi dost.
Should bring more n more DOPs n other technicians... so that they can share their amazing experiences while film making .... SD & JO such an inspiration love u guys :)
Amazing initiative to shed ‘Light’ on the art of Cinematography. Please also try to launch a series in collaboration with Avid or Adobe or Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve with Editors, discussing their art and how invisible editing is in filmmaking yet impacting you so much.
Again kudos for making this series on Cinematographers and celebrating their work.
Anu, are you alright? Your voice sounds different. Did you catch the cold coming back from Cannes?
Please do in English, everybody in India doesn't understand hindi
Please bring kaushal shah & mitesh mirchandani
Very interesting show 😄
Please get PC sreeram, Rajiv Menon, Santhosh sivan...
Even I'm waiting for that bro
Yas!!!! Cinematographers are the rockstars
Jay is interrupting Shreya when she is talking and talking continuously for his questions too..
One question for Jay if the film companion team could ask him. In the scene breakdown of made in heaven, I'm not sure but when the mother's dialogue happen i can see a reflection in the mirror in the background. Is that a reflection of the DOP? and if not then how should a DOP prepare to shoot in such locations which has mirrors.
Cinema autographers r the magician and angels of the movieland who bring the dream and vision out from the directors mind
I absolutely loved this conversation ❤
This two guys look so good as a couple. They should probably marry each other.
Insightful learned alot❤ Thankyou for this ..
Real truths of Bollywood..
Please put more.light on the subjects. The overall light in the video is darker side and strain on eyes. ❤
