Hello, we are a couple creating our Modern Day Homestead in the Cascade Mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Almost Homestead refers to our unconventional approach to homesteading on separate properties.
And no pests! That is the magic I found when practicing electro culture in 2022
We had less pests in the garden as well.
Actually pests as any other living creature love this energy exchange too. Be aware of it
I did copper last year and my results were amazing. Left them in the ground threw the winter making the grass grow so much that my lawns look bald. lol Snow is gone now and soil is warming up, so I can get some plants in. I enjoyed you video creating your towers Thank You for sharing.❣️ My family and neighbors thinks I'm nuts, but when my boys visit they are asking me to make some for them now. Lol

the cattle panel ground with the soil is by itself an antenna...anything u put that is wire anchor to the soil is an antenna. nice garden!

Great progress! Thanks! I thought I'd add some credence to the parasol effect of the antennas by including this info from a facebook page on electroculture: "(WAG) even though I am a retired Electrical Engineer -A copper rod, or any conductive metal when stuck into the Earth ground will stretch a blanket of Earth's Ground negatively charged energy above the ground as if someone stuck a rod into the a piece of fabric from the bottom pushing upward making a point at the top of the rod. Then you have an umbrella all around the rod depending on how tall the rod is. Adding the small wires near the top of the conductive rod changes the shape of the pointy fabric at the top depending on the number and angle of the wires which I believe reduces the chances of a lighting strike while providing a larger surface area for attracting the positive charges from above. The taller the rod is, the greater the circumference of the area covered with energetic negative charges from the Earth Ground will be available for your plants underneath the Umbrella. The more Negative charges you have under the Umbrella, the more positive charges it will attract, neutralizing the negative charges and attracting more replacements of Negative charges from the Earth. This exchange of charges will provide a constant flow of Energy through the soil increasing the flow of Energy from below the ground over the whole circumference of the Umbrella which I am betting the roots really love. Now imagine a blanket of Energy over your whole garden by adding these rods on each corner."

Thanks for posting. I have personally used a variation of what you have going on in my own little garden and can say that electroculture seems to work particularly well on the Lamiaceae family.... and yielded for me a giant crop of herbs this year.

Thank you for the update! I would love to know if the clockwise/anti-clockwise thing is really true. In any case I find it does make a difference whether you wind clockwise from the top vs. from the bottom. I mean it this way:
The "clock" is always imagined on the ground, not in the sky - so when you move your hand around a stick "clockwise" you imagine drawing that clock onto the ground. With this same clockwise motion you move the wire around the stick. Now with this motion it makes a difference whether your hand is moving up the stick from the bottom, vs. moving from the top of the stick to the bottom - it produces the exact opposite result. Does that makes sense? 😄
I haven't watched all of Yannick's lectures yet, but I really want to solve this clockwise/anti-clockwise riddle, haha
Now I'm back to being confused. 😆 I think Yannick mentioned winding from the bottom but I need to watch and rewatch Yannick's videos to try and get a clearer picture. 👍🙂
@@AlmostHomestead You said it right the first time. I use the fibonacci coil template and have noticed that you can't even make a mistake with the way they're made for the Northern Hemisphere - clockwise - no matter what end you start with.
@@shepatownIt doesn't matter - from top or from bottom, clockwise is right to left. No other way around it!
The law of thumb - the right one. When thumb is facing down its clockwise and you draw atmospheric En.down to the ground(roots) When thumb is up is conterclock it draws ground Energy up to the entire plant. (Or human when doing healing). Thank me not - its from that old book which I dont remember the title of.

From what I understand from Yannick VD on the copper just coiled around a stick he doesn't tell people to try that.
That is what I got from his lecture. But I could be wrong.

@@AlmostHomestead I think it's mostly Matt Roeske of Cultivate Elevate that talks about the copper coiled around a stick. Probably because it's an easy and simple way to get started.
Yes, Matt is the one that talks about the stick with wire. And again the higher up the better, even with the little antennas. I put a 5 ft stick with a coil antenna in a blueberry bush that was not doing well. The planter it was in was on a deck 17' off the ground (so antenna was 25' up). That bush changed in a matter of weeks to a very robust, healthy bush!
Have you seen more birds, insects and other animals coming to your garden since the installation of the copper antenas?
We are definitely seeing more birds. And our plants aren't getting eaten by bugs and slugs like they usually do. 👍
@@AlmostHomesteadbut doesn't a garden green house prevent most of the insects from getting inside?
Ideally place the antennas and wires on the south side of the plant.

I put a 6 metre antenna in my garden connected to a galvanized steel wire grid in my soil oriented N/S I used to have a terrible problem with slugs, I'm in damp Ireland, I have to say the slugs seemed to have gone, a lit damage from them but nothing compared to what it was, have you noticed a lot less slug damage?
We usually have a problem with slugs also but not this year. It's hard to tell if it's due to electroculture because we haven't had much rain this growing season. But we have had zero problems with plant eating worms and bugs which is amazing.
@@AlmostHomestead its been raining a lot here and the slugs should be out in full force, I'm putting it down to electroculture as I still see plenty about in other places, I definitely think its effects are in many different ways in your garden, my tomato plants are growing like mad and its been quite cold with very little sun, keep us all informed of how you're getting on, I've watched hours of Yannick, he's an incredible man, his video on the paramagnetic towers of Ireland is fascinating, that's from Atlantis times, search on RUclips Atlantis Ireland, the truth is starting to come out.

Curious about your green house. What type of supports are you using for the ceiling arch’s?
We used the gray electrical conduit PVC pipe. The electrical conduit is resistant to sunlight/UV. Lasts a lot longer then the regular white pvc pipe. Does it matter what gauge the wire is?. 10, gauge 12 gauge or 14?
Does it keep the bugs away? Getting more eggs? If you get a lightning storm you might have frankenmatoes jay.😅
They say that it does keep bugs/pests away and it reduces the need for fertilizer. Not really getting more eggs. 🤔 It will be interesting to see what happens during a lightning storm.

Yes, I did a kind of wrap up in a video titled... Electroculture After One Season & Big Changes To The Garden. As far as getting copper wire cheaply I have no good source except finding any scrap wire that you can like I did.

I don't think so. Looking at them from top or bottom they are clockwise. Any wires that were connected to main line of antenna were clockwise also. If any of those weren't clockwise, Yannick recently messaged me and said wire connecting to a trellis or other line doesn't need to be wound clockwise. So if I missed any, no biggie.

Non ho capito se hai disposto le piante da sud verso nord, e se hai tenuto conto della rete Hartman e dei nodi, sopra i quali non si dovrebbe coltivare ( probabilmente i tuoi fagioli stanno sopra un nodo). Inoltre non si deve coltivare sopra le faglie e i corsi d'acqua sotterranei. Ad ogni modo se non hai tenuto conto di queste cose e i risultati sono questi, l'elettrocoltura è ancora più una bellissima realtà. 👏👏👏

When you said "clockwise", did you mean the direction from sky to earth or the other way around?
I believe that it's clockwise either way. Top to bottom, bottom to top.

Since you have been practicing electroculture, have your harvests been larger? Of how many?
Sorry for the late response. It's hard to say as we had the best grow season ever this year as far as sunny days go.

Wires and electricity claimed by people to do something.
If "this" (the idea that electric current, magnetic fields or eletromagnetic feilds from antennas make plants grow significantly better) were real and knowledgeable people were explaining it, the language an math of electronics would be used. Someone in all these years of " suppressed " information being freely available on RUclips would tell how many amps of current, Gauss of magnetic field ect. results in some percent of increase in harvest of a specific crop .
Instead people mostly ignorant of electrical things get suckered into small scale inconclusive trials half of which can be expected to grow better than last year. So half of people will believe and the belief to their gullible friends annoying their more questioning friends .That broccoli at 10:25 is kind of anemic compared to others I have seen grow without antennas.
There are plenty of examples showing that electroculture works. 👍
@@AlmostHomestead too lazy to give an example. And too lazy to think it through and see the absurdity. Something claimed to be widely practiced by farmers in the past doublin yeilds then abandoned
And forgotten. No one forgets something that doubled their income
There is no harm in trying. And hopefully by this time next year, the world will see all of the amazing things that have been hidden from the world at the expensive of the "common" man for the benefit of the corporate elite. You can believe what you want. And others can believe and experiment for themselves and see what works for them and I appreciate when they share their experiments and results!
@@gloryb5513 There is harm in endorsing gardening practices mixed with conspiracy theories when both make no sense. Fantasies like this distract people from realities they should deal with. You think there will be proof in one year...? There will be none in 10 years since proponents of this nonsense have been at it for years without real yields that make good profits on multiacre farms that out compete neighbor's farms. There is enough evidence misdeed by people in power without totally making stuff up about a suppressed practice when no one will stop you from wasting time and money installing antennas.
