@4:19!! Barak is a Tributary to Surma River!! Since When?? Sir Barak is not a tributary to Surma but Barak itself divided into two rivers, Surma and Kushiyara in Karimganj Dist and enter Bangladesh...where these two rivers again rejoin at Kishoreganj Dist, Dhaka Division, Bangladesh and form Meghna River!!!

Sir may I know the meaning of "pur" In this theory it seems comprising of two words "prag" and "jyotish" unable to explain whole meaning of pragjyotishpur.
