tip : dont just overload water. drink according to useage. there is a thirst mechanism in body drink according to it. dont supress thirst. drinking over water and thinking im fit after every sip🤣 is becomin trend nowdays, actually its bad you are flushing out the necessary electrolytes. drink according to needs.

Hi Vivek! The Quaker oats that you showed, I read online that these are "white oats" or "quick-cooking oats" which aren't that nutritious. There are overnight oats which is the actual proper way to consume oats, by soaking it overnight with the husk. What is your opinion on this?

We should not avoid all the masalas. Indian spices are really great for digestion . But yeah spices like red chilli should be consumed in moderation to avoid side effects
