Should’ve tried the chicken pastilles instead of the sea food one since the chicken one is the original pastilla and it’s the best one, and try eating the tajines with bread not with a fork cause sometimes with all the spices in the tajines it can taste a little strong so bread kinda breaks that spice taste and gives it a good taste that’s how we do it atleast haha, but I’m sure if you come to morocco and tried the food here instead you’ll notice the difference it’s way more delicious here in Morocco! Very rarely you'd find a white person or an arab working for them. (I was also one of the exceptions since I worked with pakistanis as an arab, but again, I was the only non pakistani in the team). Same with North African owned restaurants, always full of Moroccans and Algerians and Tunisians. I think this one might not be a fully owned, by a Moroccan, Moroccan restaurant, that's why the staff is mixed races.
