Brother, be glad you had that issue in the military and had to get out young. I'm 48 years old. 16.5 years active duty military. 29 months in 2 deployments. I'm broken down, beat up, and can't do half of what I used to. Get exactly what I put into the healthcare system... nothing. On top of it, now I'm "dependent" on the government to ensure I get paid so I can have a roof over my head. The way things are going with this government and the way they target those with conservative values, I'm terrified I could wake up one day with nothing, and now I'm too broken to do anything. This isn't woe is me... I grew up in Appalachia dirt floor poor. I can hunt and fish with the best of them. It's just crazy how some people do things for the opposite reasons, but end up in the same situations!

My wife used to manage the food bank in our small rural area for many years. She finally grew frustrated with the same type people griping and complaining about the quantity or quality (they don't like vegetables), just carb loaded crap, all while sitting in their Mercedes with rims that cost as much as my wifes truck. In the aftermath of hurricanes or fires, when everyone in the community is pulling together to hand out MRE's, water and ICE you will not see one single person that shows up at the food bank every week, out helping to 1. pay back something for all the crap you've taken advantage of for all these years, generations really and 2. Actually caring about others enough to get off your lazy A and chip in. Instead, they sit in those lines in their fancy new cars and complain about the MRE's giving them gas. I'm done helping people like that. Screw you. Get a friggin job and stop the lazy streak that has been passed down through generations in your family. I know more people on disability right now than I have ever known back in the day. Unfortunately, the truly disabled folks now have the shame of the stigma associated with lazy turds that are claiming disability, and unless they have a visible disability, they feel like they have to defend it. I know 2 able bodied men that are on disability that I have never seen one thing they can't do physically. One guy regularly mows his yard, washes his truck and all other normal things guys do. I told him one time "if you can mow and string trim your yard, you can get a job". Friggin turds, all of them.

Rampant abuse of federal SSDI and state welfare and benefits has been a generational way of life in many rural communities.

@@bransonred1I agree with you, it's generational. Mama and Dad was trying to break that, then they became disabled. Folks scoffed at them looked down on 'em and down right treated them like trash. This was 20+ years ago. I was raised poor. Seeing that made it where there ain't a thing I haven't worked to earn. That's because my folks kept me inspired seeing them both work 2 jobs a piece in the late 80s and throughout the 90s. When they became disabled. When I saw that it didn't make me no bleeding heart liberal it made me more resolved. The problem with them hand outs is the folks that need 'em don't get as much because the folks that don't need 'em are draining the piggy bank. Hand ups not hand outs to the able bodies is what I try to do, through God's mighty grace and power. It ain't me, but the Spirit of God in me that keeps me worshipping God ,working, taking care of my family. Same goes for all y'all, even the feller doing these videos, if it weren't for God none of us like minded folks would be doing what we're doing. All glory to God🙌🏻

@@wesleysandlin7875 You were raised very similar to me. My dad raised 4 boys by himself until God sent him an angel in my mama that raised me from 6 years old. Prior to that my pops worked a minimum of 2 jobs and was always fabricating, repairing just about anything folks would bring him. He had a tiny pole barn that was maybe 8 feet to the trusses, dirt floor and one Sears/Craftsman 230 amp stick welder that he purchased new in 1973...I think that was the only big ticket item he ever purchased in his life that was new and the welder I learned to weld with at 11 years old. Last year I restored that old welder to factory new with upgraded cables and connections, still welds like a dream for an old AC buzz box. Fortunately, my dad was healthy and had finally gotten a good paying job at about 40 years old and he and my mama were able to retire comfortably. At 83 years old in 2017, on his deathbed he told me he had no complaints, what could a man ask more, he retired at 63 and had 20 good years of fishin with his woman (my mama loves to fish more than he did), traveling a little and they even went on two cruises - first in his life. He was the most godly man I know and the way he conducted himself at home or in his shop was identical to the way he conducted himself at church. I heard him cuss 3 or 4 times in my life and the words were not nasty words if you know what I mean. That is what's missing in family's today, godly parents leading by example. You are exactly right about the turds that don't need the handouts, I have heard a couple of them talking about it and they totally know how to game the system. Then the folks that really need it, normally they're folks of character and feel they should only get the bare minimum so that there is plenty to go around. They will be rewarded one day when it matters if they have a relationship with Christ.

I’m 100% service connected disabled veteran. I’m not physically able to work a 40 hour job. But I’m not sitting on my ass. I have a garden that I work myself sick in, almost daily. Both my sons, around 40 years old, lost their jobs because of the plandemic. I’m trying to help them set up making knives, doing a little blacksmithing, learning how to work metal instead of a computer. One is a graphic designer. The other is battling alcoholism, depression and a minimal skill set. We’re hoping to provide him with new skills, new ideas for earning money- EARNING it by working with his hands, as is scriptural. Keep us in your prayers please. I’m limited but I refuse to quit. I can role model THAT!

I want to do the things you say, but have no choice in the matter. Disabled people are the most ostracized. I carry on and get in over my head sometimes taking on things that I truly cant do anymore, due to my ego. I stay positive and am as active as I can be. I could always do better and continue to work on that. God & my health is my focus.

You keep going as hard as you can, don't weaken in this regard. The people who ostracize you don't matter, they will be judged later. Instead, get a Bible and read it cover to cover. You can do it easy in a year, or not, the main thing is to read it every day. You'll find how all of the prophecies are coming true, how Jesus is the true Savior of our souls. Our time on this earth with all of its suffering is a mere blip and paradise with Christ is coming quick. Take this time to get to know him well while he can be found easily. I'll say a prayer for you for endurance and good health. See you in heaven brother!

We took government assistance with block cheese, peanut butter and more. I think at times it is necessary for things like this. I joined the Navy at 17 and retired after 22 years. Meaning to be eligible you must be poor. So now I work full time. Pay for healthcare. Pay taxes. Pay caregivers. And all the other stuff we all pay for. I’m strapped now but I get to have the job I want and make progress towards the bigger goals. No more scurrying around trying to stay poor and eligible. It is the right path 100%

Amen Brother. I needed to hear that. I’m in the toughest fight of my life, but standing on the rock of our Savior. I’m one that has questioned everything since a very young age. Now I’m certain about Yeshua/Jesus, being the Word become flesh and I find it very hard to encourage men to have integrity and be accountable to others who have integrity and the Spirit. I’ve been in some kind of fight most of my life but Thank the Lord the last 30 years have been victories for Him. Still, I find that there’s few things more difficult than standing against a brother you love because you know he’s dropping his guard and putting others who love him at risk. It can take minutes or years for them to open their eyes and hearts but you have to be willing to stand for the truth when it really matters. Thank you for this message Brother. Yes, that is what a real man does.

Once upon a time, in a country close to the USA, a young couple were married. This was in olden times, 1978, the country was called Texas. At 18 years old, I was half of that couple. We had a full size bed, a record player, portable black and white tv, table with one good chair, one chair held together with bailing wire, if we had company the the window sill seated twoish 4 melamine plates & cups. Silverware, utensils were 2nd hand or scrounged. We shared one towel, one wash cloth. 45 years later, still married, 2 successful kids, 4 grandkids. We live on a 400 acre ranch we bought, cash, after retirement. Built a house smack in the middle. We never took anything like government handouts. Some people truly need them and I'm glad they are available. We, however could work, and we did. When our babies were born, we had no insurance. As soon as we knew I was pregnant, we started making payments to the doctor and the hospital. My husband worked full time and every side job he could. I didn't have an epidural either time because it would've added almost twelve hundred 1978 & 80 dollars to the bill. The doctor and all but two hundred dollars were paid already at both deliveries. My husband hunted and trapped with the seasons. I canned everything I could. Pampers cost to much so I used cloth and made baby food myself. I went to college became a nurse. I worked three jobs to do it.
I know some will say something ugly, but I admit it, I am bragging. Nobody gave us anything. When our kids were small 3 & 15 mths and I started college, the interest rate was 21%. I don't know how we lived through it but we never paid a bill late. It would've been humiliating. We were raised by people who lived during the depression. Today, between the government and banks/wall street people are hooked. We became addicted to credit cards and slowly were herded into not being able to use cash in places. It's not free money even if it feels like it. Wal mart, Target etc opened up a world of cheap stuff. People don't know how to do without NEW stuff. Ya'll have heard this sermon in some form before. It seems like the people in their 20s have been taught to be helpless. Two jobs? Can you do that?

then he will add you are my son - my son uses his brain first -and just because everyone else does it don't mean you have to - son" -
as well as stop complaining and do something about it - there those who do and those who just talk ...

So I discovered your videos today and instantly fell I love woth your thinking, I don’t fully go along with everything you state yet all that you state comes from a place of common sense. I showed this video to my partner telling him that I love your insight and that I had been telling him this point of view for many years which is why I homeschool our child ( son ) and why I as a born woman fear for men in this continent. So after we watched this video my partner later stated ( what he needs to do,,,))) i stoped him and said “ not what he needs to do but what he should do”” yet I stopped again and said this man is speaking right on what he should be speaking on and then I said ( as he stated in his video who else will do it and so you should make your own video and do what you feel he needs to do)) this is a problem with insecure men where they feel insecure about others strong minds and yet makes a insight on what someone else should do rather what he himself should do. I became embarrassed and reminded myself why we have the problems we have,,, he is a entitled man who thinks the world owes him. O yeah I showed him this review because I’ll always hold him accountable.
I appreciate all you put out, keep going.

Thank you, thank you for this!! all my life been working 2 or 3 jobs to provide. Why? well who else was going to? My wife was home with the 2 kids, we made the decision for her to be home with them so I had to do what I do, work. If I had 1/2 day Sunday off it was a real treat to be with them, otherwise it was out of the hose at 5 am and back after the 2nd job at 10 pm. Because I drove truck for a grocery store I would have "dinner" at the store. Piece of fruit, bottle water. AS I stand in line to pay I would see people, different races adn gender, wearing clothes better than I had, driving better cars, using food stamps to buy groceries. It amazed me why, but I always said (and you do too) I didnt know the whole story of their life so how can I make judgement. I stay in my lane, but when I was critizied for working so much, told to take it easy, I didnt know how to respond to these people. Obviously, if I had to explain they wouldnt understand. Im glad I stayed in my lane, now have no debt, some money in the back to retire and they are still on the dole, only they get more now. They are addicted to the lifestyle, which is only what they can get from teh Government. AS for me? The sky is the limit, harder I work the better off I am. Thank you 3 of 7, you are wise beyond your years!!

This truck talk took me back to 2008. I was 24, had my own business making money hand over fist, and everything was going great for me.
Then the economy crapped the bed, and took my business with it. In one week I lost my business, I lost my woman, and my dog died of cancer, all of that the week before Christmas.
I remember Christmas day, being flat broke, sitting alone in the dark in my house. I had no clue how I was going to pay my bills, thinking I was gonna be homeless in a couple months. It was depressing to say the least, and I knew several people in similar situations.
I had friends telling me to go get food stamps, and government hand outs because that's what they were doing. Just the thought of that made me want to wash my mouth put with buckshot.
Instead of doing what everyone else was doing, I prayed for guidance.
The day after new years I went and sold my nice new truck. I used the money to go to the auction, and pickup a few mechanically sound beater rigs that needed a little work.
I knew even in an economy like that, where people were having their cars with payments repossessed, that the people that still had job would need good cheap rigs to get to their jobs.
God gave me the direction I needed to rebuild my life, and he is good always.
When. People turn to government/men to get them through, they only make their problems worse. When you turn to God, he is good, humble yourself and do as he tells you, and you'll be amazed how quick your life can turn around.

I feel the same way you guys do, I would personally never take the handout. But to be honest, I like that the program is there for the single mothers or for the people that truly need it. I do wish there was a way to prevent fraud and abuse of the program and have the money only go to deserving people.

Great message. Have had friends and acquaintances through the years that have relied on the government because everyone does it, I need to wait for that job that fulfill me, or will not get up in the morning for a job does not pay over a certain amount. As Chadd says, of those people that I followed, none of their situations improved or exude happiness/satisfaction with what their lives. Faith, caring for family, hard work, constant learning/growth and building something brings that to a man.

brother you are so spot on with this. keep preaching man. hopefully folks will let this sink in and really get the meaning of it. thats why i train and try to keep myself able-bodied. i know the "if the shit hits the fan" moment is coming and i ask myself that very question. why am i arming up and keeping my mind sharp studying war tactics. observing how americas enemies( foreign and domestic)conduct their missions. i came to the same conclusion. if not me, than who else? its only a matter of time before the wars are brought to this land. i was always taught an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. So by failing to prepare, i am preparing to fail... i love my country.... so not on my watch.

It’s a rampant problem. As a business owner, the government has given so many incentives that it is very difficult to find employees to hire. On the other side, the federal government is also supplying my competition with foreign labor for less pay than what a person is willing to do this type of work.
