Just got one used to have a big box store by back then. It only lasted eight years 😢 between changing brakes and tires and fixing some stuff on it like the chain and the brackets.
Im 5’8 160 Lbs and got the M/L the seat is almost all the way down. Perfect for my personal preference. If I had to go up or down in size I would go down to a medium but I love the fit of the M/L
*Looked at a lot of options for getting my **Latest.Bike** . Great find in SAVA. Super light, nice components, really good value as it comes with many options only found in much higher priced bikes.*
I have a question about ebikes, how hard was the aventon pace 500 ebike to setup out of the box, the nearest store that has it is like a 29 hour drive so that's not an option.
Dude, that's not affordable. It's 43000INR here (roughly 600$ here). That's not what we call entry level bike. It got trail bike parts - hydraulic brokers, suntour forks, double wall rim, race saddle, alloy frame, Shimano Tourney TY300 set. This is a great bike
Yes but if you want hydraulic get the 5, if you already have a 4 it can be done but might be too expensive because besides the new brakes you have to get shifter s. The original s are connected
I am 5'7 with an inseam 75 cm. What size should fit me best? I checked the trek size guide , for my height it's the size M, but for my inseam it suggested the size S. Please suggest
The wheels on the Marlin 4 are OK for light off road or someone under 200 lb. All the Marlins are the same frame so going to the higher number bike like the 5 or 6 will get you better parts
It will depend on your inseam. Take that number and go to Treks website and look in the spec’s for stand over height. You should have at least 1/2” - 1” clearance. Probably a m/l orL

I just bought one like a day in half ago. $600, but I added some things to it.(×2water bottles, kickstand, rear rack, bag for the rack and basket to attach to the handle bars)Total was $1034.00, but I've always wanted a real mountain bike with all those things on it. Unlike the department store fake mountain bikes that only last 4 to 7 months. I didn't regret my purchase. I ABSOLUTELY love it! This bike will outlive any big box store bike thanks to the Trek frame and local bike shop assembly and support.

Ordered my Marlin 4 in early 2020. Didn't get it until the summer of 2021. It was worth the wait, I love this bike 😎👍

in the trek shop I went to they skipped over the part that these aren't meant for much abuse, my friend destroyed the wheel but he's a noobie

The Pace 500 is simple to set up with some basic tools. Aventon provides the tools and has a video on their website to help
I did and Wow so impressed i did a Video on the Marlin 4. 600 bucks with accessories Not bad Love it Already......tnk u

I'm thinking about this or the Carrera Sulcata? Tough choice.
If you have a local Trek dealer that will give you great service, choose the best shop rather than bike. Amazing service always makes the difference
@@BumsteadsBicycles thanks. I was actually thinking more about the bike. Great advice.
I ended up getting the Framed Rendal for less than $200. Looks exactly the same as the Marlin 4
Which Breaking pads do i need for Marlin 4?
It is posible can change the brake to hydrulic brakes for marlin 4?
Yes but if you want hydraulic get the 5, if you already have a 4 it can be done but might be too expensive because besides the new brakes you have to get shifter s. The original s are connected
Which rear hollow axle trek Merlin 4 uses??
It has a traditional 10mm quick release axle and skewer.

I beg to differ. Got from Trek Singapore, it wasn't tune properly and also aftersales service is bad.
Trek’s good company but in India trek bike options and after sales service is hopeless

I’m about 5,1 what size should I get
Trek has a sizing chart on the website. Your inseam is the most important part in getting the right size bike
To me it’s a high end bike compared to the crap u get from all the department stores!!
