    Had a coil master for about 18months.
    Just friggin awesome.
    Villa sheet and cement sheet underlay, cement sheet weather board, some timber fencing, just brilliant! Light enough to easily hang off ya belt.
    But!!!!
    Villa and cement sheet is dusty. Watch the jamming! Keep a couple'a'drops of the oil on the firing pin.
    And when goin' nuts with it? It warms up a bit. Might need a breather occasionally

    Don’t rip the plastic off like that it’ll jam the nails on the coil master. There’s a little step on the top of the gun that goes in between the plastic strip and you pull down on that

    I’m not sure whether you’re familiar with the Simpson strong tie gun but it’s obviously pneumatic so dragging a hose around with you but it’s a faster alternative with minimal misfires and also minimal problems

    We have the ppn here nz, a great tool but doesnt shoot when the gas is cold which sucks! Not sure if you have the product nose attachment in aussie but you can add to the framer and shoots much better and you dont have to carry around another gun. Nail clips are much larger too

    Coil guns shit

  • @gtvwill
    @gtvwill 3 месяца назад

    Yeah nah get that off site. Paslode are way overrated. Gas is a pain, batteries are slow as hell to charge, they require more maintenance than others and are just generally all round PITA. Bout as bad as a air nailer with hoses everywhere. Haven't been impressed with paslode onsite at all. 11/10 would not buy.

    • @lamdog24
      @lamdog24 3 месяца назад +1

      You’ve used the PPN?

    • @gtvwill
      @gtvwill 3 месяца назад

      @lamdog24 nup and I wouldn't. Own a paslode Finishing Nailer, have used senco, airco, paslode rigs for coilers and framers and finishing guns (screws for joists). The build quality and design differences between the brands starts getting pretty obvious. Paslode steez too much lock in with gas and batteries that can't be used on any other tool. Their rigs require more maintenance than others and seem to have safety switches that are a pain. All the air hose rigs suck because extra cost of hoses, fittings, compressor, need for power on site and having the maintenancepf all that gear too. All add up to being a pita. Battery only tools from brands that make other tools is the only way I'll be going in future. Keep site safe and clean, keep tool kit neat, get rid of unnecessary added crap to manage like gas or air.

    AEG FRAMER Is the Best..
    Compressed air refills..!!🫵🫵🫵
    Paslode is a rip off. Different gas cannisters for different guns. Cannisters used to be double the size & maintenance is crap. On top of that theyv got like 5 different Framing guns had they made one gun with the attachments....??? Youl go broke Doesn't fire no where near as quick as the AEG
