The character expressions that crosses their face when they are deceptive, evil in intent is diabolical in view. Just a great job the game devs did all these characters in giving them unique expressions as the story unfolds.
Dark, brutal and with many mysterious amd unexpected twists and turns. Killing off half of the lands population might not just be an option, but a necessity. Watch your back at all times!
I mean, when Larian puts a disclaimer that THEY think something is a lot darker than most people are probably comfortable with, that’s when you know that the Dark Urge can get seriously fucked up. Larian has never been shy about allowing characters to do heinous things.

Just wanted to add a comment to say i'm loving your playthrough and fair play - it's actually much harder to RP as a 'baddie' Many a game I've tried to but my moral compass always leads me back to being a good guy... So very happy to see where this leads...
I think its amazing the detail they put in depending on whether you use a controller or mouse. The UI is different, the menus are different as well. Its one fhing to create one useable UI but to have two work seemlessly when you switch in between the two on the fly, is amazing.
When finding Gale stuck in the portal, my evil character started daydreaming of cutting off the hand sticking out... I mean, just do a quick build and try for yourself. I actually laughed at what happened.
Right now I’m feeling out the story in my play through. I know I want to go my usual plan for role play games like this where it’s a person born of poverty who wants to do genuine good in the world but as they become more powerful, give in to a small dark voice telling them to dominate others, then at the end they realize the evil they’ve become and push towards being good to the end. As of right now BG3 has allowed me to play this out perfectly and I am excited to see where my character goes.
I actually never heard of Baldur's Gate 3, nor do I ever heard of the first and second game as well. I googled them up and was surprised it was a long time ago when the first was released. Honestly this one is actually interesting to me. The part where it seems like a D&D but also like Diablo/Path of Exile/Hades type of game, its interesting. I've been enjoying your playthrough as an evil character. More entertained by the many choices/path you could create either intentionally or unintentionally. Very cool game.
OMG! I recently bought bg3 and I'm so absorbed by it! so much stuff to do, so many npcs. Your video helps me when I get stuck after stuffing things up irremediably. ;-)

If you dont knock the Tiefing in out but manage to defuse the situation, you'll see the humans down the path left of the first merchant druid. If they leave before you talk to them, you can find then mourning their dead on the road. Just in front of the Blighted Village
Basically, I have problems playing real evil characters. At some point I always get to the point where I don't follow through consistently. So i find your evil walkthrough very inspiring 😁

U can get the quest for nightsong without punching zevlor. If u reason with them to calm down then the human will stay in the Grove and u can talk to him and get the quest
I know I don't, I think. Usually whenever I try to play a bad guy I can keep it up only for a short while until my conscience starts to bug me so much that I have to go back to playing good or at least neutral. 😅 But so far what I have seen about Dark Urge, they are so over the top evil that I think it is actually bit comedic. I do love dark humor so I might not have a problem it. 😂 Well, we'll see. I just bought the game and will play it today for the first time. And I do intent on picking Dark Urge on my first playthrough but I will try to be... somewhat good unless the urge happens to be particularly tempting.
I'm quite a long way into the game. If you have any imaginative investment in what is happening, there are some optional outcomes that are indeed very difficult to stomach. It could be something of a psycopath dectector.

@@kirayoo2879 Karlach is like "Xena" the Amazon warrior, but in forced devil form. Her alignment is basically a Chaotic Good to Chaotic Neutral character, but would have no problem becoming Chaotic Evil if need be, especially after helping her with her personal quest. She is brutal and will be my main tank, Gale my Wizard, Shadowheart my Cleric and I'll be a duel welding Rogue Assassin. I really will not have very much use for any other companions in the game.
That side quest/dialogue you got at the start after punching the tiefling when he eas arguing witth the human was in beta, you could slso get it by doing nothing or passing the skill check and ctossing the bridge after, the human and his 2 buddies will be there
Act III of evil dark urge is so hilariously evil and brutal, I never thought Larian would actually allow you to do all those things. And if you happen to run into a squirrel near the druid grove in Act I, boy did I flinch!
I'm also doing an evil play through even when I don't want to choose the option I do anyway and I'm actually surprised how far this game allows you to go

Guess I will be going back to the game considering I was limited to where I could go. But I do agree, first time through this section I eventually did clear the grove of the druids. Second time I left them alive to their own fate.

A great evil playthrough thanks ESO. I have followed yours and mine is a Human with like a Dorian Grey theme Handsome on the outside, but so wicked and disturbing in the inside.
To go down an evil path can’t have compassion nor care what the party says or does having team die and not care but to survive you must show care and save them .. either way good play through, played and seen others play once released, I got lost in the game from looting and upgrading my character, great legendary rpg game
7:23 Gale's face 👀😂 I've started an evil Durge playthrough myself. Drow barbarian. I know, cliche, but I figured it'd be a bit easier for my first time. Gale, unfortunately didn't make it out of his stone (I placed a quarterstaff, his hand, and some wizard clothes on a large crate where his tent would be. Looks very nice). I ran past Shadowheart at the wreckage, and found her in the Grove. Not going to recruit her either. Going to recruit Wyll so we can help him kill Karlach (I'm keeping her head though). When Alfira came to the camp, I was *so* confused. And then...things happened.
I had a goblin on that hill outside emerald grove Vs Asterion and Gale. Nobody could hit it, even the allied archer. Slightly embarrassed when the ally with a stick took 3 turns to get to it and killed it with one hit. Fun times.
52:26 personally, I’d say a Paladin of any oath, even with a broken oath, would not enjoy fake Paladins going about, lying about oaths. Within Paladins, I believe that would be execution.

In playing BG3 for the first time one the thing I’ve come to notice is don’t trust anyone in what they want or their motives at first glance. A companion be of your party and you have certain trust earned in them via adventuring. But anyone you meet in the world are all suspect in whatever they want, in help or what they ask you to do. Enjoying these play thru though of a evil or morally corrupt character. These kind are damn fun to watch and enjoy when one has very questionable ethics, moral or just straight up evil 👿. The videos thus are well edited for the story you are trying to tell as a corrupt character.

I freaking love this game. You really never know what's going to happen next. Even if you've played it before.
There's so much more to the game than what was in the early access. Early access was only the start of the game.
So many differing outcomes with every dice roll. I've ended up dieing so many times to poor charisma/wisdom rolls than I can count. 😂

Karlach is a tiefling. She's not a demon, and tieflings are resistant to fire damage.
Desperately need the 3rd episode, loving this series so much. What an excellent and entertaining start to BG3!

That got really fucking dark...my heart just can't handle evil playthroughs and my jaw dropped after both murders, like that was just insane
