- my SOCKS have been knocked CLEAN off. much love to the people who helped me figure out the notes so i could polish this up more than i could on my own
the summer's been busy so i havent had much time to work on videos but! i dont think i could not make ferry covers for the life of me. it's good music!!

not just a cover but a whole arrangement? head full so many thoughts
- solaria and big al!!!! love this combo here wow! solaria sounds so human and close to lamenting, and big al is surprisingly emotional and even cocky at parts
- love the vowels in area before and after "keep barking all you want"... they're curved so pleasingly i can feel the taunting in MY bones
- absolutely obsessed with big al on "fortune's on my side" how did you get him to sound so smooth i don't even have the words to describe now nice that is
- the instrumental break!! oh my god the lore in songs you picked and how harmonic it all is
- your mind. the vibes are so different with the piano (more like a flashback than a ramp up to action like the og?) but it's also so correct the song is all about regret it fits so nice
- it just sounds SO good
- also you work so fast and consistently with such high quality

Were the three motifs in the instrumental break chosen to represent the characters?
PAFL and Comfort Zone would be easy to pin as Yura and Dmitry, but Happy Girl for Anya would be a very interesting reading of her
It's chosen to represent Sanya.
The reason I chose happy girl is because the motif shows up in False Disposition. It's fascinating how even when she is in this song it's only ever as a kind of outside threat for Dima and Anya, which makes sense - Sanya has long been locked out of the narrative, and she has been relegated to a means to an end by Yura.
In order to mirror a bit of this distance I chose happy girl rather than False Disposition because it's not The Sanya Song but still, in some way, traceable back to her.

This is such a good arrange omg, both the vocals and piano are so emotional, really suits the atmosphere of the song. Talking about vocals, you managed to make these two sound so clean and crisp, such a great job on tuning, as always. I simply adore it, amazing work
