Ha! Love the superfast grinding; it sounded exhausting. What dose of coffee are you using? I’m quite settled on 18g, and I think I’m still tamping a little harder than you. The extraction looked maybe a little fast, and I think I would be tempted to take it off the heat and pour it a few seconds earlier. But you sound like you were enjoying drinking the coffee 😊😊 which is the important thing. Great job.
Hey~ I do 16g each time, but sometime I will not press too hard on it, no reason just want to do something different to see how it will would taste like. the coffee in the video is the Ethiopia bean bake by "% Arabica" a quite popular cafe brand from Kyoto. I think it is expensive, so later I already got a new simple baker and green bean myself.. much much cheaper Ah~~
actually, if I temp the coffee too hard, or the grind it too much, or 18g. the bottom of the bowl will be out of shape under the pressure when extraction. then it will block the coffee flow, no coffee come out but water leak from the seal. so I put a little wire between the bowl and ??, you can see in the video, to against the pressure maintain the space. then everything fixed. 9barista seems received no feedback of this issue, but I can fix it simple by myself, so not a big deal~

I think you need a better grinder.

Grinder and Crema no good. Not sure what kind of beans you are using. But wasted on that subpar grinder.
