- On stream / kusirkk I was playing blight with no perks except shadowborn only because it puts a challenge on me to be dependent on my power instead of my perks to carry me to a win. I ended up playing against a survivor team who were trying to go for flashy saves and all around just messing about. you can see the survivors (mainly the ace) click his flashy at me for some reason then gets upset in the endgame chat (which is understandable blight is very strong).

(DISCLAIMER) I understand that Blights addons are waaaay too overtuned and need changes to them, thats why I tend to not run serious builds with the character. I also dont kick gens or tunnel unless a survivor is constantly ego challenging me or just getting in the way. I also decided to include another fun game I had with some funny moments and cool plays. No hate to the players dbd is dogshit anyway and shouldn't be taken seriously.

You are undeniably great at Blight. And of course it's your right to play however you want. But to me it seems weird how you don't camp or tunnel or use perks, when you are using the most ridiculous addons in the game. It's like a survivor team going perkless but with 4 commodious toolboxes with brand new parts and wirespools. It's contradictory. If you wanna sweat, gi ahead and do it. But if you wanna "chill" then chill. Blight absolutely doesn't need these addons to do well. If you don't wanna deal with gens and focus on chase, then just put slowdown perks that don't require you kicking gens(corrupt, deadlock, etc).
For me i tend to run no gen slowdown, dont kick gens, tunnel or dont run any perks for this reason. Blight is OP as hell, running perks and playing like its comp is sad as shit to me (you can run what ever you want its 100% up to you not me) Ive gotten to a point with blight to where im confident in my skills to rely on nothing but my power and i dont want to run anything to help me win the game. i want to win the game based on my skill with blights power (this also makes me better at using his power as well).
I dont want pop to be the reason why i get a 4k because the same survivor keeps touching the gen i keep using pop on and wasting time just trying to get that gen done etc etc. Also another main point i wanna say is that having to go against a blight is very annoying for alot of people so by not kicking gens even if they are at a high percent or tunneling or running gen perks this allows the survivors to have a lot better chance to do gens and escape. i 4k alot with no perks and the playstyle i play at but there are a lot of games where i dont get a single kill because of the way i play.
TLDR; i play blight for chase and chase alone. i want to be fair to survs so i dont run perks alot of the time and i want to win with the skill of the power not the perks

bro says at least im not kicking gens or tunneling, ofcourse when you're running the most busted addons in the game and chases are 10 seconds long....
yup im relying on my mastery of my power, by not kicking gens or tunneling i give survivors more of a chance to do gens and escape. i dont patrol gens unless i dont see anyone. not all my games are 10 second chases, i do meet survivors who are good at the game. and yes i run the broken addons because its fun being fast (i dont use alc ring all that much tho) thats also why i dont normally run perks other than just shadowborn or meme builds. im simply playing for chase :)

Hey I'm goober Kade in the video, just want to mention no one in the lobby mentions anything about your shadowborn perk, as seen, its your addon(s), which maybe you should mention this addon is op rather than shadowborn. There's a certain reason it got gutted in the PTB(addons & Sb). Also you're playing for "fun" doing techs as you say. Everyone's playing for chase, saves and goofing off just as much as you were. Don't really think anyone is really "Salty" worse has been said. Very dishonest with the title being " Salty survivors dont like my shadowborn only blight... " When in the end game chat only mention is blight himself and the addons. Don't really think anyone was mad just saying as everyone knows is the truth blight is 2nd best for a reason and has been. Don't need perks at all, you could have played way worse I agree, but this is misleading a bit for what it is. Not saying you're not good either, you played well. You clearly know how to play him. But failed to acknowledge when confronted in the chat that is it the addons we can't pretend it's just "Shawdowborn" but this, but that, it isn't needed clearly as and everyone would've done gens but nobody really cares for M1ing the entire match, that's not what we cared about clearly. Everyone's playing for their own "fun" but this was misleading in my eyes, you don't need perks to win clearly you showed that, but point is it wasn't only Sb. The addons are the camera man, just invisible and are always guarded and untouchable. Thank god for the nerfs, finally. ggs.
i only made the title the way it is because the endgame chat was complaining about my addons when all i have is SB, in the desc of the video i explain why i run SB only and they way i play. its because blight is op and dosnt need perks to win games. you guys complained about my addons but ignored how you guys played, then blamed my addons when you guys could have played differently. you guys seemed to me pretty upset about the outcome of the game and thats why i had made a video about it. also someone had came into my chat saying im being carried by blights "untouchable addons" and said i was trying to be someone i wasnt (said i wasnt momo) that interaction seemed like the guy was pretty heated about the match. it was also a really fun game i thought it would be fun to make a video about it. most fun i had playing blight. i bet you guys also would have shit on me pretty hard too if you guys played serious. I appreciate you not being a asshole unlike alot of other people do normally and acted like a dope reasonable ass person. sadly the blight addon reworks seems to be heading in a good direction but looks like they will still be very strong for blight. we'll just have to see during the update on the 30th. knowing BHVR they will fuck it up. GGS

@@Kusirk Yea I'm not mad at all I barely remember the game that well I'm mainly high when I play but I do have clips with those donks on my channel. I do like your energy and I didn't mean to come at you any sort of way it was sort of just shock seeing us be "salty". I was fun match just not much can be done against hug techs and crazy lunges. only so much can be done. but still ggs!

If you would just fucking walk you wouldnt run into a wall three times in order to go out a door. What is this killers problem? Not the person the killer. It doesnt stop running like how is anyone supposed to get anything done?

@@imtheghostfacethatkilledyou well yeah he’s a strong killer and I know that much but as it stands I know nothing about Blight and I had to ask a friend who is also a Blight main what the addon did and whereas yeah, it can be strong I just didn’t see it as OP as people make it sound. I don’t touch Blight at all. I’m an Artist main personally but I have to commend people who can play Blight and do it well. People shouldn’t get salt for playing him and using whatever addons they want. He’s already hard enough to learn.
