Another great video! Played Warband so much around 2011 onwards. Gonna be honest I judged the game on how it looked. But as soon as I got my hands on it, I fell in love with the gameplay. And the Rhodoks was my first faction.
I am playing Grunwalder lore in my native Turkish channel. First, I thought I was the only one thinking this idea... Now... I really suprised and also liked the content. Good job.
Sounds like bunk. The more likely translation is Greenwood, which would fit considering Grunwalder Castle lies at the edge of a forest, at the location where Grunwalder is said to have died.
@@swiftlet5346 that would mean that the legendary warrior Grunwalder was named after a forrest. And found his name so good, that he build a castle at a green wood to name it after himself and a green wood. But instead of old saxon, we could take a closely related language to translate it. Anglo-saxon has two titles very similar to Grunwalder. Brytenwalder, meaning ruler of much, bryte means broad or whide, like in german Breite. Than there Britonwalder, meaning ruler of britannia, a title which was more a wish dream than reality for the saxon kings of Englaland. Walder in anglo-saxon or old saxon is related to modern german Walten, or verwalten, which means to have control.
“Not gunna go crazy explaining the skills” proceeds to explain every single skill😂😂 I still watched every single second and kinda sad you don’t show the last point with the crossbow great video tho makes me wanna get the game for sure.
when I first clicked on this video I thought the narration was done by a Bernie Sanders AI XD! Thank you for the video I really want to do something like this!
Played a similar game starting the Nords a while back but it was brutal, ended up being constantly attacked by the Sturgians, Battanians, and Northern Empire.
Ive unknowingly connected my lore dots when i chose sturgia, my warband warlord playthrough was vaegir and naturally we’ve been at high odds with the empire. Traits retained from the pendraic war.
Just one thing: also level a bit of bowvskill for party buffs for archers, and merry men. Edit 1: Also i shall participate in tournaments and get those valued horses Edit 2: with pickedshots perk, the merc connections perk from the trade tree and another merc perk from the steward tree ypu can have 0 unkeep on xbow mercs, which are the best non minor clan xbows in the game, while being the harder to get by
I loved the green boys in warband! I just did cav and xbows and didn't really like the results... Horses are annoying. I'll give sergeants and xbows a go I think
A let's play based on actual M&B lore and a personality to match. This is brilliant, thank you.

Grunwald was tired of the butter feasts

Just found the channel. As an Okie, I want to say that it's great to see another of us. Love Warband, and very much love the concept of this.
Appreciate the support family!
Another oki here glad I found your channel
Grunwalder can be translated from old saxon Grundian Waldan, in english: Founding Ruler
Wow the attention to detail in these games is stunning tbh

This is a really great storytelling format. Really great vid you earned the sub for sure. Looking forward to more!
9:41 the best catapult crunch ever 😨
This is amazing, keep it up bro, subbed baby
This game is awesome. I have never seen siege battles that are so immersive
Yoo, this shit's rad AF! Keep em coming!
Dude, this was awesome.

You did the Rhodoks justice.
awesome, would be cooler as well to make a custom troop tree with my little warband
that last perk in crossbow one hits banner knights... beautiful
In my last playthrough I realized that a companion with siege saves you a lot of points and is just as good.
We're so back!

Great Intro!

Donating Prisoners?

Bro sounds like Dr Phil
Now I can't unhear it ffs
I hate Rhodok, but I respect their fucking green crossbowmen.
Was half expecting for entertainment @0:24 😂😂😂😂
Whole vid got me invested
the early game section, when you said you were gathering up some lads, I 100% hope the next video you name the clan , Clan Lads(or The Lads)
Warband floris mod chefs kiss
Looks cool
Who are you using as your infantry? Sergeants or pikemen?
Beautiful 😍

good video
Can I ask what you have set the "Third Person Camera Distance" to? I enjoy your videos a lot, thank you.
I feel like this could've been more Rhodok accurate if you had Vlandian Pikemen
they really need to buff crossbow man. makes almost no advantage having them
Way of the Pyre, when?
Lol I keep thinking Patrick from SpongeBob Square Pants is telling the story...
🅱️hodok supremacy
So Big 12 spread offense is the key to bannerlord
Mixed tactic bandits
I pronounce it as Rhodoks rather than Rhodoks
How come the Rhodok in Warband look so cool while its predecessor Vlandia look like some gay French thing?
Ok, this video set up a scenario of why that’s the case pretty well
Are you intenting to post the mods you used as well or you are the only smart here and the rest guys the jerks
