    Is lumbar disc compression or sciatica same !?

    • @Physiotrendz2990
      @Physiotrendz2990  3 дня назад

      For sciatica it depends on from which level it’s compressing. If from below piriformis muscle it is getting compressed tests will be different

    Sir i have a dought.how hamstring tightness influenceing low back pain?

    • @Physiotrendz2990
      @Physiotrendz2990  2 года назад +1

      Because of hamstring tightness, it will pull pelvis in posterior tilt, which will cause change is curvature of lumbar spine. Lumbar spine becomes more flat and because of these changes there will be bio mechanical changes which causes pain for the patient.

    • @HUMAN28284
      @HUMAN28284 2 года назад

      @@Physiotrendz2990 sir most of the lowback pain caused by apt posture so why should we considered iliopsoas in this case

    • @Physiotrendz2990
      @Physiotrendz2990  2 года назад

      @@HUMAN28284 because iliopsoas muscle pulls pelvis anteriorly, which cause exaggerated lumbar lordosis and that can cause low back pain.
