I played this in the UMass symphony orchestra freshman or sophomore year. Made me a lifelong fan of Rachmaninoff.
It's a wonderful symphony.

I've just seen your short of Harpo Marx playing Chopin. Interestingly Harpo and Rachmaninoff were neighbours at one time - but only for a short while 😂
Yes, Harpo tells about that in his autobiography, "Harpo Speaks!" He said that he complained about his neighbor's annoying piano practicing and found out it was Rachmaninoff.
