You know it's wet when you're leaving footprints in the lawn with every step you take 😂 am the same myself now. Good video and great mower Scott , best of luck with it I'm sure it'll serve you well 👍
Brilliant mate, Mower seems a fantastic piece of kit - only ever heard good things! I seen your after pictures on Facebook - you have the areas looking fantastic Scott - brilliant work 🌱
@scottellwoodgardening287 which stihl did you used to have? I'm thinking of getting a mower in the wet u have a weibang but need a mower with a plastic box! What do you recommend?
Hi Scott, great video. I noticed on the Etesia Pro spec sheet the fuel to use is either 95 or 98 petrol. With the new regular unleaded being 90 - I assume you need to use super unleaded which is now the old regular 95 grade petrol? Or, Aspen 4 which is rather expensive to use regular. Also, out of interest; do you run Aspen 2/4 through your Stihl gear towards the end of season so that the petrol in the pipes doesn't decay the guts over the winter? I realise you buy new gear every 2 years anyway so might not bother.
I am running this on super unleaded at the moment Mike. As for my petrol equipment I don’t use aspen as due to renewing my kit regular it’s not worth the extra spend although I am phasing out my petrol kit so hopefully before long it will all be battery.
It’s good Robbie. It gets in the gaps on block paved drives and on smooth concreted drives it removes it well. I do spray the moss a week before usually if I can but it isn’t a necessity.
Thanks Kevin. I was trying it down to 40mm and it was probably taking too much off as well as the leaves in one pass hence the engine noise but to be fair it still picked up well even when stressed.
@@scottellwoodgardening287 I like it 👍,good demo keep them coming,so you were cutting low,as it good power, which would you prefer stihl or this one please
Do you have a leaf vacuum in your fleet of machines or have you used? Thinking of buying one for domestic garden instead of blowing leaves and using a lawnmower. I probably buy one with the hose attachment for drives and shrubs beds?
Fantastic mower👍🏼
It is proving to be mate.

Thanks Philip I’m really pleased with it but you are right it’s very wet at the moment.

Thanks mate and yes it’s a really good mower up to now.
The ground is definelty wetter where you are Scott. That grass box looks nice and deep and easy to clean with a power washer.
It’s going to be a good machine for next year. Something very similar to the stihl so it’s nice to have another option.
Great machine
Thanks Joseph.👍
Nice cut even if it's wet there, what's your first impressions with the Etesia over the Stihl?
Early days but it does a great job. Bags as good as the stihl.

What's the weed brush like on mossy driveways

Great cut and demonstration Scott, want to purchase etesia or stihl, I thought it sounded like it was loseing power cutting through the grass Scott

@@kevinprendergast3259 early days but I think this could be better than the stihl and the plastic box is a bonus also over the material one.

Yes Robert if you check out last winters videos we have a Billy goat with the hose attachment on. I find it really good on wet and dry leaves.
You can see why I sold it....
I will buy another if you have one 🤗
