Honest question: in the ‘Past Winners’ section of the, lets say UCL, can you get a list of the managers who won it instead of the clubs. So that I can say “hey! Look at this guy! He won the UCL 3 times in a row with 2 different clubs!” Thanks!

Ok all these little features are fine. But what about the match engine, the tactics, the player ai? That's what really matters, what happens in matches and how the players follow instructions, their movements, etc. Why don't we have the ability to teach players specific tricks to use with the ball such as with FIFA? Is it just too overpowered? We already have player traits, but this would add even more, for example to see Neymar use the Elastico move in the match engine, would be sublime!
The media one that i used to get on FM21 was some reporter from a Dutch magazine asking me what i thought about an English championship manager making a comment about wanting to sign my English player on loan at their club from my English Premier League club. But i'm sure dutch football fans would be really interested in that. :')
Hey Z, bit off topic but when you come to the end with your save of ODFC, can you make a 10 year simulation just to see how the team fared after you left them? Imo it would be very interesting to see if they got the dreaded UCL win or not

Hey man, i would let you know how i got on... im in my 8th season with VSC and my 4th year in the Serie A, so yeah, i somehow got promoted every single year... the first seasons were very easy, but the serie B was a tough one. I managed to get 2nd and got promoted to the first tier, but basically did all of that in the last 10 games. Before those 10 games, i was 8th... the serie A obviously hasnt been easy as well. The first 2 seasons we fought hard against relegation, finishing 16th and 13th... Luckily, through the nxGn top 50 wonderkids list, i found 2 or 3 crazy youngsters that really lifted the squad to a new level. Add a beter squad depth to that, which had to be realised because we promoted so quickly everytime, and the third season we finished we 4th... lazio absolutely bottled it in the race for champions league football, losing 4 out of the last 5. This season, after 29 games we are in 6th position and in the europa league quarter final after beating psv and tottenham fairly comfortable (yes i was surprised about beating tottenham 5-1 on agg.... but at the same time, its tottenham). Sadly, but as expected, i dont have a (world) class player from San Marino just yet. I have tried to give some of the promising youngster a few chances in the first team here and there, but sadly none of them have been good enough. The national team is a near full VSC team with a few players from San Marino academy and some other teams in the national league. Sadly, we havent been able to get promotion to division C in the Nations league, although we got veryyyy close in the last edition, finishing just behind Luxembourg. We did however, climb almost 40 positions on the world ranking, being in the 173th position... if you have any questions, let me know!
Every year I ask, will they improve set piece instructions? Will they allow us the option to design set pieces by individual player and not just by the player position (similar to how the formation setup works)? Will they add more depth to national team management (which is a joke)? Will they add more player interactions for the national team manager and some basic training schedules for the national team? Every year I get my answer - they can't be bothered with it. More team meeting options and staff interactions please, YAY!!

This dynamic youth rating system, just being honest here, probably takes a long time for big changes... but even a marginal change could make the difference for a smaller nation. Have you (or anyone) noticed the changes in action in FM22? I mean your Belarus save or Lollujo's Greek save a year or two back would be a great measuring stick for this sort of thing as you could see the changes year after year ☺
I wondered this. Thinking in terms of simulation and real-time comparison, how long would you expect repeated success of club sides and the national team takes to influence more kids picking up a football, more investment in the sport etc. For my brother and I, our first big influence was Italia 90 when we were 11 and 10. Mexico 86 didn't really affect us. If this were used as a guide, the semi final for England in 90, would have had an effect perhaps 6 to 8 years later?
