Loft! Loft! Loft! There's nothing jaw dropping about this house with lofts throughout. I just don't understand why most houses built in the UK have lofts in them, it feels clostrophobic with the ceiling coming down upon you! You don't get that in the US and other first world countries.
Unfortunately as stated most houses in the UK are built like this with loft access for extra storage. (Unless it’s a barn conversion or self build) A developer could change it and vault the ceiling, however I don’t think there is a big enough market for that here, there are more people that require the loft storage, or scope to extend into the space with another floor, than struggle to heat the roof space that can’t be used but looks good.

I love Milton Keynes. So many outdoor spaces and still close to London.
The yard, back and side, is gorgeous. It is very cosy. It is the best I have seen.
