Really a great video especially for such a small RUclipsr. Great job, high quality video. Just had a surgery get in the way of my msf course but hopefully in a few weeks I’ll be able to go take the course and get a bike soon. Trying to decide what kind of bike I want rn but this scrambler is awesome.
Buy a bike you won't be worried about dropping (by drop, we mean low speed drops, not high speed crashes), learn to do all the difficult things on it, drop it as you learn (if you don't drop it, you probably aren't pushing your boundaries), then get the bike you really really want. :)
I have exactly the same model and it's giving me more pleasure than any bike ever did since my first bike in 1975 which was a Honda XR 75 motocross bike. I also have the Ducati scrambler café racer with the 17 inch front wheel, but living on an island with very bad roads the night shift is much better. An absolutely top class bike that is purely a joy to ride. I change the exhaust though and put a carbon slip on and it now sounds like a wild boar instead of a Yamaha. The only thing with this bike is that it doesn't grunt as far as sound is concerned. Living in Thailand we don't have strict laws and so the exhaust pipe on my Night Shift now sounds like a wild boar grunting away. And you can hear it from a mile away
Awesome video! Love the small photoshoot of the bike at the end, that seat color is badass. I'm a beginner but I rode on motorcycles before. My dad used to ride a Honda cbr1000, but I'm loving this Ducati scrambler, can't wait to start riding.
Honest question, how functional are the mirrors in the down position, vs up? I have some on order and like how they look down, but can you really see well enough behind you with them down?
Gorgeous bike! Wish I rode to classes in college hahaha. You already know what everyone here is thinking, so does it get you lots of attention from girls? 😂 Ride safe! I noticed sometimes you stop right behind cars in traffic which isn't as safe as standing on either one side of the lane because that gives you an exit route in case a distracted driver comes up behind you. Don't want to get rear-ended. You have to try the Triumph Scrambler too if you can. I think you'd love it!
@@MotoXposure Hahahaha yeah just like when you think getting muscles will get you ladies but in reality it's just a bunch of dudes complimenting your pecs and asking what protein you take 😂
Personally I wish I could have kept both. The Ducati has softer suspension so is more smooth around town. The Mt-09 just has the power I was wanting in a more sporty package. I still think the Ducati looks better because it has a more timeless style, however the Mt-09 looks kind of like a fighter jet.
@@MotoXposure Thank you. This was helpful. I'm considering the new Nightshift, but I love what you did with this one. Kudos man. New bike looks fun too-aren't they all?! Love your content. Stay safe out there.

Nice video, keep them coming brother
Looking at getting a first bike in the next 5 months here and am looking at a night shift as well do you think it has too much power for a beginner
What exhaust are you running? It sounds dope! I have the same bike and looking at options.

@@torrez2000 I can see just fine! I’ve actually put them up and find my arms/ shoulders can block the view.
wich seat do you put ? it s a ducati accessory or a taylor made seat?
The Night Shift is a good looking bike but definitely not a cafe racer.

@@MotoXposure Can't wait!
Did u map the bike with that exhaust
What mod you used for the license plate underneath? I have the same Nightshift.
Checkout my other video! I talk about it more in that one.
This bike is sexy as hell-clean, sleek, and minimal. I'm curious what your thoughts are about this bike vs. the one you have now.
