Koop geen tuinkas met automatische raamopener bij Welkoop, zeker niet in Leeuwarden. Handleiding bij het kasje zowel als de raamopener is waardeloos. En de winkel kan ook niet helpen. Ben nu al bijna 3 weken bezig het kasje op te bouwen - met hulp van twee vrienden die al een soortgelijk kasje hadden . Laatste drempel is de raamopener. Handleiding zegt - net als de video - dat je niet hoeft te boren. Maar dan lukt het echt niet. En Welkoop levert geen enkele service. Koop liever ergens anders.

Hi Robert: if the vent shifts sideways, even slightly, there can be friction when it opens and closes and that might explain this issue. Try removing the auto-opener and ensure that the vent opens easily and smoothly and that nothing impedes the movement. One other thing to check: make sure the auto opener is mounted in exactly the middle of the vent. I measure and mark a pencil line in the centre of the vent and the vent sill plate and attach the arms accordingly. Brian Russell, Halls Greenhouses BC
Do you know if these have a minimum temperature? We live in the Midwest and we’re wondering if it’s ok to install them on a greenhouse in an area where it gets below zero Fahrenheit sometimes.

Ive been trying to figure mine out. Every video i watch the vents open about 6" after installed How do you get it to close?

Question.....is there anywhere I can buy those two small plates and four screws so I can attach my vent open

My cylinder does not twist up like you show in this video. I've tried and tried. Any suggestions before I have to send it back to Amazon

Sub-zero temperatures are bad for the function. Dismantle it in winter and take it inside.
And over 50 C° are bad too

My greenhouse window opens inward into greenhouse and it opens from top , can I still install the auto. Opener ?
