Nice mate
Great review of a great bit of kit 👍

Great review mate. Nice trolly too.
Thanks Alan much appreciated. Please feel free to share it
@@Alltackledup just shared for you mate.
Looking at getting one of these or map mk 2 next week .now you've had quite a time with this one which would you recommend mate
Both are good mate, love the fold.n go for its ability to fold down in one piece, and bits like the bucket mount, handles good height... just found it a little stiff to turn in loose or soft ground. MAP Reallg good easy to push and steer, but have to take it all apart, love the front and rear bags.
@@Alltackledup whats the daiwa like on hard ground 2 push does it steer in a straight line ? how easy is it 2 tilt lift n steer with gear on
@@pottsy1298 okay on hard ground, if loose gravel or soft.ground need to lift to turn mate.
Great Video do you know when the new Daiwa pole rollers are coming out. Thanks
Hi Gary thanks for watching and supporting my channel. I am not sure but 2 secs and i will find out.

@@Alltackledup Great thanks for letting me know 4 months to wait its going to kill me
@@spartacus72 lol be plenty more tackle to buy before then buddy...
Hi what size bucket do I need to buy for this Barrow please thanks
18ltr mate the normal big size
how much does it weigh ? is there a maximum weight it will carry ? also do the wheels come undone over a long bumpy journey like my matrix one ?
16.7kg not sure about max weight. Wheels very secure mate.
Will a preston on box 6 fit this trolley.
If its same size as the preston inception then yes mate
Cheers. Like it as it will fit in my small van better. 👍
Thanks for watching and supporting my channel
Hi ive just got one can I ask how you steer the thing round corners found i hard to steer thanks
I find it okay on flat ground, but after a few times on soft ground i have found it hard work. Easier if you load it more towards the handles.
I wrote to diawa and complained wasn't fit for purpose. They emailed saying to steer you have to push down on handles (lifting front off ground essentialy) which they don't recommend or lift taking rear wheels off ground. What a stupid response from them. They ignored my request for a refund so I went via credit card company. They refunded 50% of cost and let me keep trolly. I've now converted it to swivel front wheels which all in cost me £110. Not cheap but it now works as it should. I would avoid at all cost.
What conversion did you do ?
@Alltackledup bought a pair of caster wheels same size as or
Size as originals. A couple of heavy duty angle brackets and replaced front wheel assembly. prohibitive perfectly. Doesn't fold but increase in size is not prohibitiv
If your out of breath setting up thus thing, I'm gunna be dead!
🤣🤣🤣🤣 asthmatic mate and just pushed it about 250 meters in gravel and boggy ground. Thanks for taking time to watch it though m8
Used mine for the 1st time today. Absolutely awful, cannot steer the thing at all. Sold my old Preston shuttle for this and fully regret it. Avoid at all costs.
I must admit i have to load my towards furthest point away... and have had issues on soft ground with turning. Nog sure why it is though.
I've had the same problem, fully loaded its a nightmare keeping it in a straight line.
I’ve just bought one it’s quite possibly the worst barrow I’ve ever owned, it will not manoeuvre when loaded. All the engineering has gone into the folding technologies which are the only thing good about this barrow. Absolutely no thought what so ever has gone into how it behaves when loaded.
Hi m8 i agree i did struggle with turning on softer ground, just dont know why ??
@@Alltackledup it’s too short in the wheel base and the handles sit up too straight they need to angle back more so you can lean down on them for more leverage and ability to lift the front end slightly so it will turn
I think I’ve resolved the issue with manoeuvrability.. I’ve swapped the handles supplied with the barrow for a pair of long angled handles off a penrose platform barrow. It’s transformed its ability to turn and is much more useable now. Ive taken some pictures but don’t know how to get them on here
@@skullx42 post them on my facebook page mate.
Worst bit of kit diawa have made . Had diawa tackle for 30 yrs or more . So disappointed keeps pulling to the left . Nightmare to push
Had another subcriber comment on it aswell mate, he has chqnged handles to another make and reckons its all good, bloody weird one... not sure why it does it.
